Used to adore this Starbucks until a terrible encounter with AM barista Maria. Asked for help as I thought I’d mobile ordered 15 mins ahead, she turns around and on the headsets starts talking crap about me to her coworkers saying “she didn’t even order 15 mins ago she ordered 10 mins ago” proceeded to laugh and talk crap about me under her breath the duration of time I was there waiting. I’m not sure how miserable you have to be to be THAT mad and petty about a 5 min difference. I actually understand being rude when a customer is being rude to you but the fact that I kindly asked is ridiculous. As an ex Starbucks barista of 5 years, there are such worse interactions to spend your energy on. I will NEVER be coming to this location again. I hope Maria fixes her attitude and regulates her nervous system.

By far the best location! All of the workers are so hard-working here, they’re super fast and you can tell they work really great as a team. I came into the lobby to order my Starbucks order today instead of going through the drive-through line and to see all of the workers work together the way that they did was quite mesmerizing!The service and the quality of the drinks and food is by far the best out of all of the Starbucks locations that I’ve been to in Goodyear.

This was one of the finest Starbucks experiences I’ve had! Not only was the coffee perfect, but the people truly made it special. One of the baristas, Jayden, a young and very talented staff member, was incredibly helpful and kind. We had an amazing conversation, and he even shared a quick story about his mother with me—it really brightened my day.
Sometimes it’s these little interactions that mean the most. Starbucks consistently hires such wonderful people, and this location is proof. It’s not just about the coffee here—it’s about the people who make the experience so memorable.

Starbucks used to be a place to get good coffee. Now it's a place for chocolate milkshakes and bubble tea.
Got a simple espresso drink and the espresso tastes burnt. These days I'm actually surprised when I get a drink from here that isn't burnt.
Employees working 4:20 pm till 5:30 pm on 8/21 were amazing. I wasn't going to make it home for a virtual appt in time. The staff working this shift we're amazing. They checked on me up make sure I had everything I needed during my appointment. Couldn't ask for better service.
