First time having any breakfast food from here. I had the egg, gouda cheese and bacon sandwich. It was very tasty, loved the ciabatta bread! Idk the young man who was doing drive thru that Sunday morning, (he has really curly hair) but they need to keep him around!! His energy & spirit was refreshing. We loved it and he was so kind to us!!

I regret having to bring this to your attention, but this is the second instance I have encountered. The lids on my beverages have a noticeable body odor scent. I kindly ask that you remind your staff to wash their hands thoroughly. This issue has occurred at two separate locations, one in Sun City and one in Goodyear. Thank you for your attention to this matter.

Starbucks on DoorDash doesn't tell you that if you order a pickup, you have to walk inside dining to pick it up. Nowhere On the Starbucks DoorDash page does it say you have to go inside. I'm waiting 20 minutes in the drive-thru just to be told they can't give it to me through the window even if I show them my order on my phone. You're wasting people's time!

And for those of you who are asking why don't I use the Starbucks app, my credit card gives me a DoorDash benefit which I chose to use with Starbucks this time.

I mobile ordered and didn't interact with any baristas, though I usually get acknowledged and thanked at other Starbucks stores. I pay over 7$ for this Shaken Espresso. This is the perfect example why people make coffee at home and why I don't buy often at Starbucks anymore. I got less liquid and no customer service. As a previous barista, this is ridiculous. I can easily ignore myself at home and throw 10$ in the trash instead. But I'm not home, I'm on a business trip, and obviously made a poor decision in coffee. There are better Starbucks to go to, avoid this one because this is not the 1st or second time this has happened at this location but you think after a year things would've changed. Hey guys I am very sad this lady lily she very bad customer service I am have blood pressure issues and I am buy drink and going inside the store and told her need used restroom and she’s said no your are customer or not to given to you the code and I am very upset because honestly I am working customer service for 25 years and this lady only maybe 20 yrs told me that horrible training for Starbucks employees they need Moore training and Moore customer service becouse is bad here Goodyear this store is only 2 minutes to my house no Moore going here better service and Yuma and cotton lane thank you lily your deserve to fired Karen.

Don't expect the inside of this location to be open. Multiple times, they have had a sign tapping to the door saying the inside is closed before 10pm. And last night, they actually told my party and 3 other parties inside to leave that they would be closing early. Not professional at all. And 1 lady that works nights is super rude.

make sure to order your drink through mobile way EALIER. Their espresso machine is always broken. EVERY SINGLE time i go to do mobile order for a quick stop one of their machines seem to break which turns a quick stop to a 20 minute stop.
