Don't expect the inside of this location to be open. Multiple times, they have had a sign tapping to the door saying the inside is closed before 10pm. And last night, they actually told my party and 3 other parties inside to leave that they would be closing early. Not professional at all. And 1 lady that works nights is super rude.

make sure to order your drink through mobile way EALIER. Their espresso machine is always broken. EVERY SINGLE time i go to do mobile order for a quick stop one of their machines seem to break which turns a quick stop to a 20 minute stop.

I’m honestly pretty upset because this is honestly the first time they give me my drink like this I always order the same drink, obviously from the same Starbucks but today I decided to go to a different location, but never again because customer service was was bad and to top it off, they made my drink wrong. I totally get the part that they don’t have to fill it all the way up but come on. It seems like somebody was drinking out of my coffee even before me.

Normally I order through the drive through, but this morning I went inside. I encountered Hunter and what a blessing he was. Hunter took my order but gave so much more than a drink. His high energy, kind, caring, attentive and personalized service was above and beyond. Hunter is a whole vibe. He said it was his job to make sure I had a great experience and I did. I left out ready for an amazing day just from my interactions with him. The whole team this morning was so polite and happy. Thank you guys👏🏼👏🏼
