Placed a pick up order through drive through , waiting almost an hour in line just to get my breakfast sandwich cold and my drink watered down bc all the ice melted the least they could’ve done was warm up the sandwich

An employee by the name “Hailey” has no customer service! I placed a mobile order, walked in to get it. In other words she kicked me out saying the lobby was closed due to not having enough employees. She could have easily gave me my drink, instead of having me go through drive thru. She was so rude!

Bro coffee here is so expensive I'd rather go to dunkin donuts than be in this garbage place it's not budget friendly STAY AWAY from Starbucks if you want to save money go somewhere else Starbucks they'll rape you of your money and they don't care i bought a caramel frappuccino from here one time it costed me 18to20 dollars so hell no

Since it was new place I gave it a few more chances when my usual drink off the menu tasted horrible. I tried it again today and just looking at the drink I knew it was bad and staff is not nice about it either. I had to get a refund and drive to a different location.

I am snowbird from Washington and love the neighborhood coffee shop feel up there. No mater what Starbucks I go to. I definitely don’t feel that welcoming feel that I get up north. No greeting as I enter the store and no conversation and goodbye as I leave. I will not be back to this store.

Out of all the starbucks I've gone to across multiple cities this is probably my least favorite one. it's rare that the customer service is great and my drink has been made wrong multiple times. Like today it was not made according to my customizations (I religiously get the same drink so I definitely know it) so instead of wanting it remade and wasting product I asked them for a small side of oat milk (since my drink barely had any in it, unlike my modifications) and they refused and told me I had to pay and would not give any further resolution. So I ended up just leaving with a drink that I don't quite enjoy. What a waste.

I have came here numerous time due to living right in front of the Starbucks. However, the people and the drinks are always bad. They seem to never get my order right and when i do come back in to ask if they can remake it they always seem to make a big fuss about it when truly it is not my fault you didn’t make it right the first time. At this point, no one who lives nearby comes to this establishment. They would rather take the time to go into Target, Frys, or the Starbucks on Estrella just to get a better drink and kindness.

I visit this location frequently when I'm in town, and I've always had great experiences with friendly staff and excellent customer service. However, during my recent visit, I was quite disappointed. The person taking orders at the front, Morgan, seemed uninterested and was not at all pleasant while taking my order. It was a stark contrast to the usual service I receive here. I hope this was just an off day, as this location typically provides a much better experience.

Not my favorite place.. the majority ofbthe staff would tather talk to other employees then help. And now it's over nibe bucks for a vente ice coffe and a short of milk ok the side... wow.. and when i question them on it got nothing back lold them that was the first time i have ever been charged for the mik on the side... Still got nothing.

I would highly recommend going to the Starbucks inside target over this store.

I really wanted to like this location but i would recommend staying away.

My Favorite Location, Excellent Customer Service, surprisingly I’ve never had an item I requested out of stock. The drive thru line can be long sometimes but it moves quickly.

I’ve had good experiences in the past, quite often actually. Today, today was very disappointing. The summer bobba drinks were so so bad. I ordered two for my kids, need less to say.. we could actually count the small tiny boba. Drinks were small. But pretty low in the pit they actually poured, honestly Kids were so disappointed. I didn’t want to go inside and complain. My lose, but will definitely not go back. The young lady at the window was not very understanding and didn’t offer to remake . I drove off, didn’t want to be that one person actually demanding to get what I paid for. It’s the first bad experience here, but enough for me not to return. I also believe I was over charged. I honestly just left without a fight.

I went to this starbucks for the first time. My daughter's wanted starbucks to celebrate their school promotions. However, I regret choosing this location. The staff looks like they don't even want to be there. I ordered 3 grande frappuccino, one was decaf. I thought it was odd that the 2 regular drinks were completed first, and then the young man proceeded to make a different order. My husband also thought it was odd, so he informed the young man we were missing one. I'm not sure if it just took longer because it was decaf, but it was how the young man handled the comment that was rude. The young man just responded yeah and continued to make a different drink. Once he decided to make the decaf, he just slid it on the table towards us, turned his back, and said nothing. Not our name, here you go, thank you for waiting, nothing. My daughter, who got the decaf, was confused and didn't understand why it was being handed that way towrds us. She just looked at me sad and said, "Is that mine." This made my husband more upset since he was doing this towards myself and my daughters. Since we didn't want this experience to ruin our day, we left without saying nothing. The customer services here are lacking big time. There is no respect whatsoever. I understand if we were rude and disrespectful, but to behave this way just because we assumed our drink was forgotten shows the lack of manners this young man has. I would be embarrassed if my children treated customers this way. Unfortunately, I would not be returning.

I went in, ordered 2 drinks and 2 pastries. The red head at the register was busy making drinks (understandable) but when she walked over she didn’t greet us, just said “what do you want?”
I ignored that- thought maybe she’s had a rough and busy morning. Our drinks came out, I forgot my pastries, rather they weren’t given to me, so I went back drive thru and let them know. The girl at the window with dark hair and green eyes reached out to give me my pastries before I could even get my hand out my car window and let them fall. One fell in my lap and one fell out the car, in the driveway. She said “i’ll get you another one.” Before I was able to say anything and shut the window. I was so in shock I couldn’t even say anything. She then comes and tells me “here, I can give you this for the one that fell.” I said “great, thank you.” Then she very rudely tells me “so what??? You’re not going to give me the other one back?? Whatever, bye” … Before I could even reply she slams the window, AGAIN! How would I give the other one back?? It was on the FLOOR in the DRIVEWAY?? Why would they want it? To re-sell it?? I have never have had a bad experience at a starbucks, I have always thought so highly about their customer service and i’m so disappointed they would hire somebody with so little manners, no amount of training could fix. I have been trying to reach management with no luck. It is 100% worth just getting down at the starbucks in target.
