For what it's worth... I have always felt safe, secure and relaxed when I am at this location. The staff are friendly and have offered me food and water on multiple occasions without me asking. I feel like this adds a touch of class. Cleanliness isn't an issue and if there is something that needs cleaning which has been missed the staff are quick to handle business. The 5 star rating isn't a declaration of perfection rather the pursuit of, otherwise why even have the option to give 5 stars. I rarely make any purchases while there, I go to study and dial in but when I do I am pleased with that lip smacking Starbuckery goodness that I've grown to know and love. And, if you happen to be there at the same time as I am, and if I'm on a break... I'll chat you up nicely!

I love that we have a drive up Starbucks in the community. Unfortunately, while the coffee is good I have never received a full cup with my order. I order a Venti every time and when I go to drink it there is at least 2 inches from the top of the cup before I get coffee. Its only a big deal because its every time.

The entire staff, from long time employees to new hires have been awesome.
I’m there a lot… too much probably.
They remember my name. They remember my order. Half the time they all ask if I want something that I ordered weeks ago.
Orders come out fast and accurate.
If there were any negatives I’d have encountered them by now.
It’s also clear much of the staff love dogs. What’s not to like!

Something extremely disheartening happened today. I’m a frequent customer at this Starbucks just 3 minutes from my home. I was driving to meet a friend in Phoenix for lunch and only wanted a cup of water. The cashier said she couldn’t give me water because I didn’t make a purchase. I shared my reasonings and offered to pay for it, she still said No. I typically spend about $30 per week buying Iced Vanilla Lattes and pumpkin loaves, etc. There was absolutely no kindness or grace extended simply because I didn’t purchase today. I felt extremely unvalued as a customer. Since I was treated in a transactional manner. I vow to never buy from this particular Starbucks again.

I wanted to like this Starbucks but honestly the service and quality constantly disappoint me. A lot of the baristas don’t know the measurements for the drinks. it’s clear with how strong or watered down the drinks taste. As for the service, they are constantly rushing people out of the drive thru and have an attitude when they are the ones who made a mistake. Safe to say I will not be returning.

Girl at the drive thru automatically had an attitude when we got there. She got our order wrong and made a face when we told her that. Our drinks were watered down which is impressive because the strawberry lemonades don't have water added to them. I say this as an ex barista, learn to treat people respectfully, it's part of your job. I hope Melissa or whatever her name was, learns to be kinder.

So disappointed with our beverages. They were watered down and weren't enjoyable, service was okay considering it's a drive thru but I wouldn't order drinks here again. The Starbucks inside the Safeway has better service and the drinks come out perfect almost every time. I really wanted to like this new Starbucks as I hadn't been here before but no thanks.

I’m an often customer that stops by frequently, some workers don’t understand that some of us need caffeine to control migraines & our day mostly goes by caffeine. my coffee has to be the same always. All my receipts I have on the app proves I order the same coffee all the time. Sweet coffee triggers my migraines so your employees need to chill about the attitude they give back. Employees that work there need to understand that & stop giving so much attitude back.
I went in yesterday for my regular purchase I always do. My coffee was extremely sweet (mind you sweet coffee triggers my migraine) I told the gentleman nicely if I was able to get my coffee fix and he replied “it’s cause you added this” I didn’t allow him to proceed I just told him it’s my everyday drink I always order. The fact I know how my drink is supposed to taste is a fact that it’s my everyday drink. He replied to a coworker “apparently the drink to sweet” yes that triggered me to reply “you can try the drink” I paid for my coffee so I deserve to get my coffee how I want it. Not a cup of milk with syrups. If you knew exactly what u were doing you would have noticed u didn’t add enough expresso shots to my coffee. By the way it looked you added 1 shot of expresso and 4pumps of white mocha and 2 pumps of classic for my shaken expresso drink. my coffee was terribly off I don’t even work there but I forsure know how my regular drink taste like since I live off by it & next time u complain you have to redo a coffee rethink why a customer asks for a redo. I don’t like making reviews but one of your employees did triggered me cause they have no clue how our day will start with just drinking the wrong coffee. So before u think oh these customers just complain to complain abt a wrong drink there is always a REASON!
