For what it's worth... I have always felt safe, secure and relaxed when I am at this location. The staff are friendly and have offered me food and water on multiple occasions without me asking. I feel like this adds a touch of class. Cleanliness isn't an issue and if there is something that needs cleaning which has been missed the staff are quick to handle business. I love that we have a drive up Starbucks in the community. Unfortunately, while the coffee is good I have never received a full cup with my order. I order a Venti every time and when I go to drink it there is at least 2 inches from the top of the cup before I get coffee. Its only a big deal because its every time.
The entire staff, from long time employees to new hires have been awesome.

They remember my name. They remember my order. Half the time they all ask if I want something that I ordered weeks ago.
