Waiting way to long for one cup of coffee which then was wrongly made and had to be redone. Not even a sorry for the wait. The guy taking my order just sounded so unmotivated like he hates his job.

They make the best matcha ever. I’ve never gotten a bad matcha here. And the workers are so sweet and patient. There’s a Starbucks on every corner but I’ll always make a trip to this one 🫶

car stopped in the drive through 😭 and the baristas came out to help push my car with no second thought! How amazing they were and my food and coffee tasted good! I recommend this spot those baristas make it great!

Sorry to say, stay in your car. Getting down is not faster. Plain black coffee sat on the counter waiting until I went up to go get it. Oh well. Lesson learned.

I come almost every morning to get a coffee. I usually ask for light ice, but when I get my drink the cup is always almost half full with ice. Today I came and there was a young guy on the speaker. All he said was “hello” not anything like “what can I get for you” I said I had an online order I come up to the window and he told me my total was 14 dollars but I paid online. He gave me my drink and didn’t even offer me a straw or no thank you or anything kind of a groggy attitude. I still come here no matter what, but today was different. It’s the closest Starbucks to me so I’ll continue coming…

Ruth has optimal customer service! Coffee was amazing. I ordered through drive-through. Wanted to try something new. She was so kind & patient. Asked me the right questions. Came to a decisions in seconds. Her patience & care brought me to tears. After a rough morning her customer care was a breath of fresh air. Tysm!

Don’t ever do mobile order just do the drive thru!!! I always have to wait 15-30min for my items. It’s ridiculous. I ordered at 12:32pm. App said it will take 6-8mins. I thought hey that’s perfect because by the time I get there it’ll be done. Nope. My order was ready by 12:49pm. That’s fine I’ll just grab and go. Nope. I got my drink, but they told me they ran out of blueberry muffins. Why didn’t the app say that? It looks like this location prioritizes the people on the drive thru more. When I order through the drive through, no issues just this stupid app. I’m deleting it. Baristas are always nice and kind.

I watched one of the people spit in my drink. I said something to the Manager and they said that they wouldn’t do anything about it. For me to contact the district manager. So I hope a district manager is reading this message. Your employees are spitting peoples drinks at this location. Please check it regulate them.
What your employees did was disgusting. Higher level management should be ashamed by the employees at this location what they did. And how the manager reacted. I’m absolutely disgusted
