ALLERGY WARNING!!!!
Whatever employee(s) keep adding Aspertame or other sweeteners or flavorings to people’s drinks without their consent needs to be fired or retrained IMMEDIATELY.
Anyone who has complaints about this should not be treated how I was this morning.

Multiple times my drink has been made wrong and it BLOWS MY MIND how this could possibly happen.
I only a cappuccino but for some reason someone thinks it’s missing Aspartame or Cinnamon or Vanilla or Chocolate…
I have pretty bad allergies to Aspartame and I’ve voiced this on many occasions, as well as my dislike for anything other than what I ordered.
Today, Feb 20, my drink tasted like sewage and I didn’t catch it until I took the first sip after I returned home. I called and they said I had to return for them to make my drink right because they cannot refund me over the phone.
I came back, voiced my concerns, the girl took my coffee and went inside. A couple minutes later she opened the window to tell me that she couldn’t remake my drink because I used a swear word.
I think she forgot that SHE TOOK MY DRINK FROM ME so I had essentially paid for nothing. I had to explain to her that she took my money & my drink and I’ll just call the cops since they want to steal from people.
My drink was finally remade but only after several others were helped that were not before me.
I will never be back to this location because the employees repeatedly do their job wrong and expect people to be happy sunshine & rainbows about having allergic reactions, due to their negligence, not the customers’, or else they’ll take your money but won’t make your order.

I just hit the drive through for a large coffee. Nothing special. The service was prompt and friendly. I would go here again.

I rarely will write a bad review. I go to this specific Starbucks because it's close to work. I had a bad experience in the drive-thru yesterday. There was a new hire who handed the drink carrier to where one of the drinks spilled out onto me and my car. I was only offered a remade drink and towels when a manager stepped in to figure out the hold up in the window. I know you guys are about numbers in speed and I tried to get situated after the incident. Overall, my car smells like coffee now which I tried to clean out the best that I could, but I have cloth seats. You guys need better carriers and stoppers for your iced drinks.

I came here and ordered a brown sugar shaken espresso and a banana loaf. I took one drink of the coffee and it was SO bitter. Did not taste like blonde. I took it back so they could remake it. The chick was like it’s because you only got 2 pumps of brown sugar (instead of the 4). No mam I get this same exact drink at a different location. So you’re telling me the coffee isn’t good unless it’s for 4 pumps of syrup? And I hate when I pay for a drink and they don’t fill it up. This is a $6 dollar drink fill it to the top please. Smh. They remade it, it’s still not as good as my normal location but better than the 1st one they gave me.

Breana was our barista she was super sweet and pleasant she made our experience very pleasant, and our drinks were made perfectly just as we asked Give this girl a raise :)
