Sometimes they have a person out with the iPad to take orders and move the line faster. Most of the time, that’s not the case. Their drive thru line is the least efficient service ever. I would suggest ordering ahead or going inside for your order. I don’t know what it is about their drive thru that sucks. It’s enough to make you want to go right across the street to Dutch Bros where you’ll get quick service and a better coffee anyway.

I know it’s more convenient to go to a drive thru, but hear me out… coming to this Starbucks at Safeway and interacting with the staff at this location, is 100% worth it. They make the drinks with Love and I taste it every time !

So the barista was so sweet and friendly. This isn't to knock on a service level. But I was badly burned today. My coworker and I were there this morning before our first shift. We got two drinks and two breakfast items. They got their food first and took a bite and realized it was hotter than hades. When I had gotten my food and seated to join them, I took a bite of my wrap and burned my lip. I tried ripping part of the wrap away so I could let the air cool down the food and literally burned my finger to a blister too. The food is WAY too hot. My lip and finger have been hurting all day and all I can think of is if some young kid (toddler) took a bite it would injure their throat. FYI the food is scalding hot at this location. And I do mean scalding. Pix of my blister from ~1hour into my shift at clinic to this afternoon.

Felt very uncomfortable. I ordered a venti iced matcha with cold foam, but half of my cup was pure cold foam. Only had a few sips of my actual drink. $8 wasted. I do not recommend coming to this

They literally always make my drink wrong when i come here. Its such a simple drink too (blnd vn latte quad shot extra caramel drizzle) like how do you mess it up every single time. I always go down the street, further drive but at least they know how to make the simplest drink ever.
