I have now gotten a venti coffee twice now and it’s been the best coffee and long lasting. I would get coffee at 845am and still at 6pm it’s SO tasty! Helped me get through the day 🫶 need to get the name of the girl who makes the coffee so GREAT! 😋
My daughter ordered a Pastry online for pickup, when she arrived she was told it was sold out and that she would be credited for it, never happened, contacted starbucks and they said there was nothing they could do about it. If you like shopping with people who steal from children this place is for you.

I went here to get a iced white chocolate mocha. The lady then said to me,”when i drink it its really strong and you are too young”. this lady was named leann ?? and she was rude and her strawberry açaí lemonade was disgusting. she needs to learn to do her job and not tell other people what they need to get. she is supposed to serve the customer not have the customer do as she says. very disappointing, not coming if she is working.

April 20th, at 6:50 the worked Jacob was extremely kind and attentive while juggling multiple drink orders alone. Give that guy a raise!!

Two breves and waited in the drive through for 40 minutes.Arrived later in the week, walked inside, and was told drinks would take at least 20 minutes. There were 4 or 5 staff working.My first visit was quick and comparable with Starbucks usual quick efficient service.I will try again because the location is convenient.

Best staff of any location! Great barista's all-around, but Carina is AMAZING! Super professional, extremely courteous, very polite, and a real joy to chat with.

I dont know what to say.. It's a Starbucks in a grocery store, and it didn't look busy. It took a long time to get my black coffee. There was an elderly lady that was waiting for her order before I ordered, and she was still waiting when I left.

Parking: This location gets super busy during peak hours. Finding parking usually isn't too bad but sometimes you have to circle a couple of times.
Wheelchair accessibility: There are a couple of handicap spots at the front of the building with a gradient path for a wheelchair.

Carina who works here has the worst customer service. I ordered ahead on multiple visits and she has not even started it multiple times. With no customers in site. The previous visit to this I ordered a “warm” hot chocolate for my three year old. When I grabbed, it was hot to the touch as I was going to explain to her that my three year old couldn’t drink that temperature and as I was about to ask her to dump some out and add some cool milk, she cut me off and stated that warm or hot is the only temperature they have and that they don’t make kids temperature drinks. She then said, I can give you a cup of ice. She was very snarky and I’m not impressed. I’ve held my tongue, but this is the third visit with her there that I’ve been completely unimpressed.

I was 2nd in line. I spent $33 on treats and coffee for my family. I’ve been here 25 mins and counting. Never using this one ever again. One poor employee with a computer that doesn’t work. Who knows what else is the hold up!
I drink three different drinks. All completely different. And they had none of them in stock. I feel like this location is always out of stock of everything. They need to do better with their ordering
Can you please bring nery back ! She was the best and knew my order right away please train the new employees better I have already made a complaint because unfortunately I keep going back and back and nothing has improved so I unfortunately had to call Starbucks corporation for the first time ever to complain
