I will make this comment because I did not like the way I was treated at all. It was my first time in this place, and maybe the last time I would not recommend it either. Not because of food, but because of attention. It was junior who did nothing to help. Besides, he only speaks between his teeth and did not understand what he wanted to say to me. I wish someone was kind and willing to help.
I ordered some wings for Christmas Eve on December 13th. I didn't have a good feeling when I left there because the first 2 people I talked to didn't know how to do it and the third one wasn't very nice. But we did get them ordered. My son went to pick them up at the time we had selected and when he got there, they hadn't even started cooking them! So, he had to sit and wait for them for an hour. Probably won't be ordering from them again. No discount, no "we're sorry!" UNACCEPTALBE!!!
Terrible service, cappuccino is the drink I drink daily in different locations, but in this particular one today I had a very bad experience, it was dirty water that they gave me, at least that's how I knew
Hagen was trash, waited for my coffee for 25 minutes while it sat on the back counter half made and melting, while her and another employee socialized and gave me and my wife an attitude when asked for a refund due to waiting so long and not wanting old warm melted coffee. They definetly don’t know how to separate school socialization from the work place. 0 out of 5 stars
I agree with other reviewers that the service is lacking, even if expectations aren’t high. I ordered a drink and instead of telling me they didn’t have it, they substituted what they thought I’d want. I said no and ordered a different drink. This is where the one star comes in. The guy with the long braid who was making drinks strokes the long braid hanging in front of him, comes and rings up the extra 20 cents I owe for the different drink they have, and proceeds to make more drinks without ever having washed his hands. He’s touched his hair and the till and proceeds to touch the equipment and stick his dirty hand on the ice scoop and insert it into the tub of ice ? I was so disgusted and appalled I just stood there is disbelief! Additional training and a visit from a health inspector all need to be in this store’s future.

They are abusive to employees and people with special needs. Louie has made it very public to the community that in his words he does not want to hire any more of those people. It is clear he has directed his staff to follow the same lead. Ultimately the onus of fails on Safeway corporation for allowing this type of behavior on behalf of one of their store mangers ( Louie) . This is a complete disgrace and Safeway should not tolerate this behavior
I went to this Starbucks 3 days in a row and while the coffee is good, the service with an attitude is bad. I’m not sure of the barista name but she has winged eyeliner.I’m the only person there and one barista is restocking and one is stirring coffee I wait 3 minutes which seems like a while because I have to be to work . For one of them to take my order .I most likely won’t return here because I just can’t take the attitude. If you don’t like your job , Find a new one or get some Prozac.
This location has horrible service! Just about every barista here has attitude and apparently does not enjoy their job. Tonight I went and ordered my pumpkin spice frapp with Java chips and Junior the barista on duty had the worst attitude ever , not only was his body language rude when I asked him to add Java chips into my Frappuccino but once he was done ringing up that drink I began to ask for a grande mango dragon fruit lemonade but before I could even finish my order , junior put his hand up and said “one drink at a time” and continued to turn away to go make my frapp. I have never had a barista request one drink at a time or walk away to make a drink prior to receiving the full order and most of all the payment. In all if my Starbucks experiences the barista will take your full order and your payment and then continue on to make your drinks. That was just so rude of him and uncalled for. Then I get my Frappuccino and it just looks sad. Definitely will not be returning to this location. Every single time it’s a hassle.
I just love love love the African American lady at the Starbucks here. She is the only one that gets my order right, she is not rude if she can’t understand my accent, she has the greatest positive attitude. Thank you! I wish starbucks would hire more people like her.
Terrible. Drinks are never made the same they always get made different by everyone. Waiting on line for 30 mins just for them to say They sold out of everything by 10 am.

The coffee is great , I frequently come here but recently stopped . The customer service is terrible. There has been multiple occasions of me coming up to order my drink and no hello, how are you, what can I get for you...nothing . I would just stand there and give my drink order after saying hello myself . This has been with multiple people too except one lady . It makes me feel uncomfortable so I stopped going and I work right next door. I would rather drive to get my coffee then come here honestly .
was close to this location & gave it a try early (7 am) on a Friday morn! BIG MISTAKE! Service was poor if you went inside & sitting on patio unpleasant due to the HUGE line of cars snaking around the bldg. for drive-in. Skip it & drive a bit farther to Black Rock or Dutch Bros. for decent coffee!!

I was on the store yesterday and the used the lotto machine. It’s the first time I have ever used one and it malfunctioned. Hailey at the customer service desk came over to help me. Even with a line forming at the customer service desk, she never was flustered. She took the time to help and solve the issue. Thank you!
