Staff is always super friendly and kind and the drinks are almost always perfect! Though it has lost some traction because of the bigger Starbucks across the lot, this coffee shop has a special place in my heart. There are also chairs and tables nearby and there's wifi in the store, so I'm able to work while sipping my delicious coffee! To the baristas at this lovely Starbucks, keep your head up! You guys are awesome and you make my day!! 😊

I just recently moved into the neighborhood and enjoy a freshly brewed cup of coffee in the mornings. Joey, makes every visit a pleasurable experience . She is very courteous and polite. I recommend this location to everyone.

Staff needs more training, more attentive.After 2 people in front of had drinks made wrong i lowered my expectations on getting a decent coffee. More of a 7-eleven coffee vibe here. Location in safeway.*i like Starbucks as traveling the states the consistency is always spot on.

I requested a venti hot oatmilk latte and they made it an Americano which messed the whole order up drink is disgusting I'm so upset. Then the two girls want to have an attitude and be mean like really girls just do your job and have a better attitude. or get a new job don't work with people in customer service if you have none. Super horrible experience!

This is probably the worst Starbucks in the Goodyear/Litchfield area. Upon arrival the cashier didn’t acknowledge us and was having a bit of an attitude while taking our order. Then we were waiting for our drinks for a while until my husband finally just walked up and noticed our drinks had been sitting there for who knows how long. They never said our name. I know it gets busy, but some people just look forward to that one cup of coffee. Do better.
