FYI - if you place an online order & they mess up, oh well. On Sunday Aug. 17 I placed an *online order* (did NOT order in store). When I got home, I immediately noticed my sandwich was covered in Baja Chipotle sauce. I only ordered one footlong sandwich with sauce (see pics). I went back to see if they could fix my order. The worker said if they re-made my sandwich I would have to pay for it..!?!? It sucks I wasn't even offered a small drink, coupon, or a credit towards my next order. Didn't get to enjoy my dinner that night & I'm still upset about it. (It's Wednesday). From now on I will only be ordering IN STORE to make sure they make my sandwich correctly. Smh.

I have finally found my Subway ❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️🌹🌹🌹🌹sandwich shop. I was served by 0822 on 7/10/2025 at 6:16pm. This young lady was very polite, answered all my questions with absolute customer service satisfaction. The store was nice and clean and greeted with a friendly smile upon entry into the store. She prepared my sandwich with compassion 😀 Please patronize my Subway❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️🌹🌹🌹🌹🌹

Had ordered ahead online and when I went to pick up my order the door was already locked. The young man looked up and motioned they were closed. Mind you it wasn’t 9pm yet. I signaled and pointed to my order on the counter to which he shook his head as he grabbed it as if it was an inconvenience for him.

This location needs serious help. Every time I come, it’s something. Young kids run this place with no sense of Hospitality. They ignore online orders until you get here and then say, “Haven’t made it yet.” Without caring at all. It’s constantly understaffed. Management needs to step in.
