Horrible customer service on 7.12
2025 at 5pm. When I walked into the establishment the male was in the process of finishing up what appeared to be a fairly large order with a female customer.
The female coworker was in deep thought with whatever was happening on her cell phone. Neither individual acknowledged my presence. The female, while still holding her cellphone walks over and starts assisting her male coworker with getting condiments for the other customer instead of taking my order.
Both continued to walk around and fail to acknowledge me as a patron. No professional courtesy or strong work ethics displayed. Who is hiring these individuals with such lackadaical dispositions?
Needless to say, I politely left and took my business elsewhere. Zero stars from me.
worst customer service ever.. not one word said to me and i got there 15 minutes AFTER my order way supposed to be ready i watched him make it.. again not one word in the 7 mins i was standing there
This is the WORST subway location. They never get the sandwich’s correct for an online order. The people are rude. And just overall a bad experience.
Been there several times at 7:00 in the morning when the website and Google and all that says it's supposed to be open and they're not open and I even went to the other one that's on Estrella right by the I-10 supposed to be open at 7:00 and they're not open

Dirty dining area. Under staffed. Broken ice machine, forgot to warm the soup so no soup. The needs someone to manage.

Ordered in app and never ready when it's supposed to be. Several times missing added ingredients. Each time have sat waiting for longer than 15 minutes to get our subs. Today over 30 and employees going back and forth about who's going to do what chores. Stopped making my order to go do something in the back because he said he didn't know how to do tomatoes and wasn't going to do them and wanted to do the chores the other employee was gonna do. Placed my order at 5:30, supposed to be ready by 5:50. At 630 had to get a refund because they ran out of turkey. All while they knew I was waiting and continued helping others. Had to wait even longer because they had to call a manager for a refund.

We ordered subs and one was made wrong and the worker was rude when asked to remake it. Then when we got home there was the wrong sub in the bag, we had to go and buy food from somewhere else because we would not ever go back to that store.

Don’t order online this is the second time that they didn’t get my order right. It was made half a** and they didn’t toast it. I took one bite and noticed it was missing the ham. I had ordered an Italian BMT. Waste of money I couldn’t go back and get them remade I had to get back to work from my lunch break.

Walked into the store, no employees behind the counter, no customers setting in the store eating, after calling out for service, A Young lady finally appeared with no enthusiasm. As the first employee started to to fill my order a second came out swiping the floor. At this point I would not recommend this store to anyone.

Your employees are mentally and physically slow. Took 15min of standing in line waiting for them to make one sandwich and they didn’t even get to the toppings when I walked out. The person behind me called their work to tell them they were in line forever and were going to be late. There were two young girls working both asked me what I wanted neither started working on it. Nobody was infront of me. They are in no rush and don’t respect anyone’s time or put any effort into the food they give you.

The staff here is not very friendly and hardly look like they even want to be in the building.
We came in after school to get our kiddos a couple sandwiches, we were not greeted, no smile and were given attitude for no reason. The girl with the pink hair rang us up and charged us before the sandwiches were even ready and when I asked her to add avocado she said she could t add it unless she refunded me and charged me for the transaction all over again. Which was a huge inconvenience as their was a line of people coming in and I was not trying to hold up the line therefore my kids did not get the avocado they wanted and the sandwiches were poorly made.
Kid-friendliness: None whatsoever my kids had a terrible experience at this establishment.

We ordered 4 sandwiches online and were charged for 5. We didn't get any cheese, pickles, or spinach on any of the sandwiches. When I called they said "oh my bad" and told me to hold on and never got back on. Not the first issue but is the last. We will never be back.

I ordered 40 minutes ago on the app and when I arrived they did not start the order until I got to the store. Also I observed workers not washing their hands before preparing the sandwiches. Do better.
