There is a worker there named Charles , the guy walks in carrying two 6in blades on his waist. Blades for deer hunting not cutting subs! Absolutely insane and have no idea how he got that job. This is Goodyear not Phoenix. Should be fired immediately. That is a family food place where kids go into

What a joke! The guy working literally refused to make a sandwich. Told myself and another customer it would be ten minutes because they were too busy prepping in the back. Why do you need to prep if you are scaring off all of the customers. I will follow up and try to contact a manager.

There need to be an investigation on how criminal the employees work and attitude. Please stop hiring people that are supposed to be giving good customer give attitude because they have to work and make sandwiches. You decided to be a sandwich maker not me. Don’t take your frustration out on the customers. I waited 25 mins for a sub with 3 people in the store. They were moving lackadaisical and like there’s not a job to complete. Subway this is supposed to be your first line of defense of your business. Subway please fix it.

Today was not their best. She didn't hear what I said she got an attitude. Now she can't make a simple turkey Sub. I declined the sandwich and all she can say is have a good day. The other employee could have taken over and made it for me but she just looked at the other one with no response.

Have not been to a subway in years and after this won't ever again . The bread was hard and I presume there was chicken and bacon it . I asked for ranch why I have no clue as what he put on it I'd need a microscope to see it . Awful sandwich .

This location was very clean, and the staff was friendly and courteous.
Veggies are never fresh looking, tomatoes are watery and dull, and the meats are now behind stainless steel so customer can't see them. There is an older woman who works here who is short so when she grabs toppings farther away from her, her dirty tshirt touches your sandwich. This has happened multiple times. Won't return to this location.

I love subways veggie delight sandwich but often if not always my bread is hard (I never get it toasted) doesn’t matter the time of day I come , it can be early , midafternoon or evening. Today I went for my veggie sandwich at 11:45am and the young small male didn’t even greet me with hello , hence I left no tip unfortunately. There was a time when an older woman use to work at this location and she set the bar on kindness and always greeting customers . Not sure where she’s at but it does make a difference when you are greeted with a hello
TERRIBLE. My Ubereats order was completely wrong. No ham on my sandwich. Ordered 6 cookies, 3 Macadamia, 3 Choclate Chip cookies. I received 5 Raspberry macadamia and 1 rasian. This is upsetting. I ended up throwing away my order. I ordered at 7:04PM on 5/12.I understand not having items, but I work in the food industry too, this is plain laziness, do better.

I ordered a toasted 6” turkey and cheese sandwich. I always add mayo, tomato, cucumber and lettuce. The case with these items looked old, old supply and were frozen. I asked if they had any fresh items a guy came out from the back and said that everything was fresh this morning. Take it or leave it. On my way home I stopped at Safeway and purchased fresh tomatoes,, cucumbers and lettuce. That makes for a very expensive sandwich and frustrating lunch.

Great food and atmosphere but that kid with no net on he's hair and disgusting ? attitude is hurting that place l hope ls not cause lm latino but ,is goin to be a shame.if he a racist l ask few times different things and he doesn't reply back that kids hate this job please do a favor to tha kid and let him go, to do something that make him happy 3/21/24
