I visit this location frequently and it's overpriced now, so I rarely go, but I miss the old staff. They always laughed with my husband and I. They talked to my son. They were the reason I often ate there. They have a new girl, with very short blonde hair, and she never seems happy. She asked my coworker if my husband abused me. We've been happily married 9 years and together 15. He doesn't abuse me. Please learn some respect or get a better job.

Asked for light mustard, the lady dumped a 1/4 bottle on my sandwich. Then I asked for light salt and pepper and she did the same thing!! She says it comes out fast so I asked if you knew this then why did you pour it on? She needs to slow down!!

Employees with poor communication skills. Would not allow a customer wheat bread upon request or minus mayo. Go figure this is the protocol at this store with the new sandwiches they just added to the menu. Subway is for people that have limited standards.More importantly the employees at this location are not welcoming if you want to put a request for a bread choice or any other request.They complain about a customer wanting something after they walk out the door.

The employees at this store are pieces of cr@p. I've been calling all day to inquire about the BOGO promotion and nobody answers. The other store on Dysart said they've gotten numerous complaints about this location, too. It should be SHUT DOWN! The last time I was there years ago, I handed the cashier a $20 bill and she promptly said "this is counterfeit". No pen test, nothing. I asked to see the manager, a large, rude black woman, who "confirmed" it was fake. I asked her to point out what made it fake and she just said "I'm trained to spot fakes!" Thank goodness my daughter had some cash on her to pay, but I was humiliated by these idiots in front of many customers. I immediately went to my bank, BMO Harris a few blocks away and they validated the $20 as legit. I marched back into Subway and told the "manager" and asked for an apology. She basically told me to eff off. I haven't been back, and today thought what the heck, give them another try. BIG MISTAKE! I can't even confirm they're open because they won't answer the phone! Wake up SUBWAY HEADQUARTERS! Consumers have too many options to be bothered with you.

If I could give 0 stars I would I walked in on my lunch break from delivery packages and the first thing that i see is the manager other staff and what appears to be her kid sitting eating at there table staring at me I walk in to use the bathroom before ordering as it walking in they still are just staring at me then proceeds to ask me what I’m doing and that I can’t park how I’m parked (across the line) it’s a small building with no drive through mind you not only that but the store and food bar looked dirty . Should focus more on welcoming your customers and cleaning your store than we’re people are parked

On 4-16-23 Around noon gotA tuna fish foot long and I was sick for 2 days not sure what on the sandwich made me sick but I got sick and there prices are off the chart stupid high 24 dollars for a foot long meal and a 6 inch is completely nuts they can charge that kind of money

Horrible service, manager is not kind or willimg to give refunds for no service. I didn't get my order delivered and they won't give me a refund since driver said they did deliver. This happened 2 times, the second time, they delivered half my order with stale bread.
