Ordered online. Bread was overcooked. Ask for extra sauce and barely any sauce on it at all. I called to complain and the lady on the phone said she had to call her boss to find out what to do. I decided to drive back and the same lady said she spoke to him but he didn't advise how to fix this. Said he was going to call me. 45 mins later and still nothing.

Took 90 minutes to arrive at the house that's 4 minutes away. Didn't toast the sandwich, ordered extra cheese, barely any cheese at all, mostly spinach. Will never use this location again. Horrible service.

I stopped by this Subway today and while the food was just what you’d expect, the customer service really stood out! The team was on top of the orders, super friendly, and seemed genuinely happy to serve. It was such a pleasant surprise—especially compared to past visits at this location. A big thank you to the staff for making this a refreshing experience. This is definitely a nice change for our local Subway!

I went to this place at 9am. It opens at 8. No one in site. Door was locked.
When they are open the cookies are extra hard and seem to be from the day before. I asked if they were making fresh cookies the reply was no!

@7pm Grown older dude doesn't say Hello or acknowledges my own Hello or even let's me know that someone will help me soon while he's making an online sandwich. I'm the only person there and would've waited more than 7+ minutes if the polite young lady in the back didn't notice something on the counter to help me. Really sucks when on a 30 min lunch break and he just burned almost half.

The gentleman that was there 8/18 morning was great. We came in right after opening time. He was prepared and all set up. Gave my wife a sample of the chicken salad. He was super polite and nice to our daughter. Sandwiches were fresh and made perfectly.

Have had the pleasure recently to eat at this location and i absolutely love it. Food is delicious and the family that runs it is always friendly and courteous. It's a great and refreshing alternative to the fast food nearby. I would highly recommend this location.

This place in ESTRELLA in AZ would not take my gift card. Mind you a GIFT CARD. The lady told me she already rang up my order and would have to reverse the transaction because it was a gift card. She refused to. Food was ok... I'm avoiding this place.

Subway has lost my business. Not that my piddly bit of business will matter to them. They no longer carry swiss cheese which I was told was their most popular. I don't understand the reason to stop selling one of your most popular items. So ridiculous!!!

I had ordered my food online and when I had opened it up the bacon wasn't even heated up nor were any of my toppings on it and when I called to talk to the employees I talked to one girl first and she ended up passing the phone to another girl they admitted they just put the bacon on there without heating it up(I know it's precooked bacon but it looks gross and raw) and they laughed at me. She's all I don't know what you want me to do about it. I asked for the a manager and she said that's who handed her the phone and continued to laugh at me and hung up. I am honestly so shocked by how I was treated.
