This place in ESTRELLA in AZ would not take my gift card. Mind you a GIFT CARD. The lady told me she already rang up my order and would have to reverse the transaction because it was a gift card. She refused to. Food was ok... I'm avoiding this place.

Subway has lost my business. Not that my piddly bit of business will matter to them. They no longer carry swiss cheese which I was told was their most popular. I don't understand the reason to stop selling one of your most popular items. So ridiculous!!!

I had ordered my food online and when I had opened it up the bacon wasn't even heated up nor were any of my toppings on it and when I called to talk to the employees I talked to one girl first and she ended up passing the phone to another girl they admitted they just put the bacon on there without heating it up(I know it's precooked bacon but it looks gross and raw) and they laughed at me. She's all I don't know what you want me to do about it. I asked for the a manager and she said that's who handed her the phone and continued to laugh at me and hung up. I am honestly so shocked by how I was treated.

This is our neighborhood Subway. Lots of mistakes made, slow preparation, and does not honor corporate coupons. After today's mistake I called and clerk said there was nothing they could do to rectify the error. Take the drive and go to the next closest sandwich shop.On the positive side, I was happy to see Subway changed to paper bags.

My wife and I order and pickup a Subway wrap every couple of weeks. Last night's order might be our last at this location.The wrap we received was definitely smaller than before, like two weeks ago. Less meat for sure and I think less portions than before. Not good. And, I actually gave them a higher tip than usual on the order. The price has increased as well since the fancy "we slice it here" machine came.We'll drive down the hill next time, IF we order any time soon. But the other location does accept coupons.

Maybe you should accept coupons. The subs are not worth the price so having a coupon is the only time it’s worth getting subway.

I was absolutely floored when I went into this location ( completely empty), and now I know why.$10 for a sandwich that has nothing that could even come close to costing ten freaking dollars.All I tasted was bread!The lettuce was spoiled. Even the other kind of lettuce. It didn't look at all appetizing. Oh, but wait, I got fresh cookies. Gee, that should make up for the money spent.I've given subway many chances for change. The only thing changing is my decision to ever hand any more of my money to them.If I could have given the score I was able to...it would be a -7.

I went in for an interview, and the man that interviewed me was very rude and very judgmental. I'm not sure if he is the manager or if he is a hiring manager. He judged me about my transportation situation and told me I had no common sense. i've never felt more disrespected by an interview ever in my life. This Subway already has pretty bad service but now I see where they get it from. This man obviously has no experience in a professional work environment and it definitely shows. Hopefully he learns that if he wants people to work for him, maybe he should be respectful and professional. I also applied for a morning shift to mid afternoon and he continued to tell me that I will not get that spot and that i don't have enough common sense to understand that it takes time. I understand that it takes time but if that's what I applied for it, that's the position I want to get trained on. He also continue to tell me that there is way more people that are better than me that may get the job.

What a bummer that the Subway franchise in Estrella does not take the weekly coupons that we get in our mailbox's! Sad that we have to drive down the hill to use the other subway!

This Subway does not participate by accepting Subway's coupons. So, drove right past it and onto the Subway down the hill. Very short sighted business decision, in my humble opinion.
