Wow $17.10 for 4 donuts and two apple turnovers. Why aren't the prices clearly marked? You would think you would get a better product for such a high price. But no, taste like any other Bosa's. Disappointing.

Wow, has this place changed (and not for the better). This used to be the only place in the West Valley where you could get real donuts - not the generic stuff you can find at any Dunkin’ or BoSa. Donut textures and flavors are totally different than they used to be, and the staff (at least the person who took our order), couldn’t even tell us what the toppings were on some of the donuts on display. The almond croissant used to be light and fluffy (and delicious!); now, it’s dense, hard, and very greasy. The Oreo donut (my previous favorite) is now made with some off-brand, stale Oreo-lookalike cookie pieces and somehow there was paper napkin or something (couldn’t tell what it was) actually baked into part of the donut. I’m not sure if there’s new management or they changed recipes to try and save money or what, but this was the most disappointing donut experience we’ve had in a long time.

They were very nice, but my wife’s Macchiato and my Chai Latte were extremely watery.

Closed.. out of business. So sad!
Great place for brunch.
I’ve never written a review, but I read them ALL the time so I thought I’d finally pay it forward.
I just moved to the area at the beginning of April, and I’ve already visited this place 5+ times. Whether it be for coffee, donuts, or a breakfast sandwich/burrito I’ve never been disappointed. The quality and taste of everything have always been great.
The workers are friendly and polite. A lot of them are young, and I’ve noticed some may be a little more shy but never rude. Some of the reviews mention poor service but I wonder if it’s because those customers didn’t receive outwardly extroverted service. For some of these kids, this is probably their first job, so they’re still learning those service skills and how to deal with customers. I’ve personally never had a bad experience nor have I witnessed one.
Sometimes when it gets busy, the line can take longer to move because there’s only 2-3 people up front who are having to take orders, box donuts, make drinks, and check people out. On top of that, customers take a bit to decide which donuts they want and how to customize their food. I understand and don’t mind the wait because I know the quality is excellent. They make the sandwiches/burritos to order, so it’s always fresh and good quality ingredients.
I love visiting this place as it’s just a short walk from where I live. I don’t understand where the bad reviews are justified, but I do know they recently changed management so maybe that’s why. Sugar & Spice is a cute mom and pop shop that’s worth the visit!
This place is perfect to grab a bite and have a nice coffee the service is perfect and the cashiers are very helpful and nice this place is underrated.
I love the ham, cheese jalapeno croissant. I also like the coffee. Friendly staff and open early.
Bad service, bad attitude barely any doughnuts showcase coffee was bad and watered down prices were blacked out so you can't see them, post-it notes over the menu. The doughnuts aren't bad but they were packaged so bad that they were messed up in the bag

This place is amazing, love the food and the drinks. The service was great too, one of the guys chased me down to let me know he forgot to put avocado on my sandwich and offered to fix it, that truly showed to me how much they care about the customers satisfaction. This is my favorite bakery on the west side of the valley and I will be a frequent customer here.

I have been coming here for 8 years and it has been my favourite breakfast spot. Unfortunately today the cashier was super rude. She obviously does not want to be working here and made our experience extremely unpleasant. It was a young girl with dark brown hair, big eyeliner, and two lower lip piercings. She gave us lots of attitude and sighed every time we ordered something (we got 2 items and drinks). While we were waiting for our food she was talking about us LOUDLY in the back. If you can’t handle working at a donut shop and have to be rude to customers just stay home. I hope the owners can deal with situation I would like to have sugar and spice be an enjoyable experience again.
