Went in for a simple sweet treat and although I did enjoy my item I was very disappointed with the customer service. I was met with a very rude cashier who had blondish hair (did not ask for a name). She was very disrespectful and gave attitude. super disappointed.

Wow! Simply delicious. I got the Twix-Shiver and it was perfect. Not overly sweet. I thought I didn’t get my Twix in the dessert and the lady at the counter gave me two more and mentioned that they sometimes fall to the bottom. Which they did and I have her the Twix back. That’s great service and customer satisfaction right there. I highly recommend coming here. But if you get the fish come get a bowl.

Taiyaki is delicious ^_^I like Japanese taiyaki, and when I saw a photo of this restaurant, I wanted to try it and went there.Last time I went to a food festival, the red bean paste on the taiyaki was not delicious (probably not the Japanese azuki beans, but the azuki beans that had been seasoned properly ← it looked like the azuki beans that came out when I ate Mexican food), and I thought it might be the same here. It still can't beat the original, but it was sweet and delicious♪It was great that you could choose the ice cream and taiyaki toppings, two toppings, and the sauce!However, the staff forgot the toppings I ordered, so one was missing. . .Also, there wasn't a lot of red beans, so I was disappointed, but the taiyaki batter was delicious, so I'd like to go there again ^_^

Great dessert shop if you want something different and unique. I’m not a big ice cream dessert fan but this place was delicious. I got a churro cup with chic drizzle - huge serving for the price and the girls behind the counter were so lovely and friendly.

Brianna IS THE BEST!! She went above and beyond in helping us decide what to get. She was very helpful and guided us with the menu with the variety of toppings. The flavor of the week is always Amazing! I got it with the Delicious Fish cone filled with Nutella and topped with condensed milk ? Next time I will try the Churro Delight Oreo Blast We are Definitely coming back!

I was excited to try this place because it has great reviews, but I was kind of disappointed when I tried it. I ordered the matcha bingsu which turned out wayyy too sweet. It is nothing like the bingsu that I had in South Korea. I was particularly disappointed with the azuki red beans. They were sooooo sweet that I can’t even eat them. I had to pick them off. I can tell the beans were from a can and not made in house because of the sweetness. I paid over $13 for dessert, so it would be nice to have the shop out some effort into it. I like the place. It looks clean and sleek. Overall, not bad but just wish they would calm down on the sugar.

Stopped by for celebratory ice cream with my mom, and I gotta say this place is so cute! The menu is large and unique, I had a hard time choosing but ultimately wanted the fish cone so we both chose that. The selection is a build your own vibe, so we both customized our orders to our favorites. The place is family run, and they work HARD. Their daughter runs the register and despite her age she was so helpful and sweet, this isn't her first time for sure! The little boy is probably 7 and he was adorable going around and cleaning tables, and he cleaned them well might I add! It took about 10 minutes to get our order but the place was packed and they make the waffle cones fresh on the spot so we had no problem waiting! The ice cream was delicious and the waffle cone fish was warm and soft and had a great taste. Overall it was a great time! Definitely recommend when you want something a bit more fancy than normal scoops of ice cream.

Came in about an hour ago. Was greeted by 3 super helpful employees, who went over the large range of delicious options and recommendations. I ended up getting the fish cone and it was absolutely amazing. Soft serve was smooth and flavorful. That cone is out of this world!! Thank you for the wonderful treat.
