T&Y Hawaiian BBQ is a small, very clean restaurant that serves excellent food. The menu is huge, split between Hawaiian and standard Chinese offerings. The food is fresh, hot, and enjoyable, with great prices for the large amount provided. Service is quick, polite, and amazing.
Specific dishes receive high praise. The teriyaki chicken and Kuala pork platter are loved. The house fried rice is packed with protein and has amazing wok hei, being fragrant and well seasoned. The salt and spicy shrimp is delicious and does not skimp on garlic. The beef with broccoli and BBQ chicken lo mein are also noted as fresh and enjoyable. Entrees are served on rice. While not seen as authentic Hawaiian, it is considered the best Chinese food many have had locally. It is highly recommended as a must-try and a great takeaway spot.
