They literally have gotten to the point where they want you to take your own order on a kiosk. It's very time-consuming to put in a special order. Feel like employees prefer to be cooks and point at kiosk. Where is my employee discount, seriously I feel like I work there and not like a customer. I'm sure they are following manager instructions but count your days taco bell because the public don't wanna pay to work 🙄 oh and wipe down the tables in between each customer. Crumbs on almost every table. Change my mind and I'll change my 2 🌟 rating.
I love me some Taco Bell. This location is actually pretty dang good. I got the Crunchwrap supreme with a hard taco & a Mexican pizza. Best ones I’ve had in a long time. Neither of them hard old stale bread or shells and the insides were definitely made recently, as in like.. it didn’t taste bad. It was really good. And whoever cooked the Crunchwrap actually took time to spread the nacho cheese around inside it instead of gushing it all out in one corner of the Crunchwrap. The lady at the register was super nice and got us our food pretty quickly. Hopefully this is all a common occurrence at this location.

the workers are definitely in LaLa land. waited 10 mins at the counter. the workers saw me waiting there, didnt do anything, i tried getting their attention, nothing worked. waitted there like a dumbass for nothing.
