A grilled cheese burrito should have cheese. Thats why they call it a grilled cheese burrito. And i had an issue adding a bank card on the app. The manager was polite and so was the team members. But I was not happy to see my order was not correctly prepared.

They been having me wait 20 mins for notting
Getting skimpy on how much meat they're putting into the burritos and tacos. I'm not paying twenty dollars or more for cheese and lettuce. The beef chalupas and beef crunchy tacos have had hardly any meat in them. I love Taco Bell and the taste of their food but I have been paying a lot of money only to be let down on the tiny amount of meat they're putting inside.

They forgot to add the chips on my order.
Got food poisoning. Some of the food was soaking wet with what seemed like dishwater. My husband and I went a bit later, about 11 while we were on shift at work so we were not able to go back, and we have both been sick in bed for days. The food we were able to eat was poorly made, but all of the soft tacos in the bottom were literally soaked with water. Will never go back to this location, staff needs a complete overhaul.

If I had known you ran out of sauce, I would have dined somewhere else until you were able to keep the operation stocked. Now I’ve waited and picked up my order to know this and I can’t go somewhere else as I’ve already wasted my lunch time

I have been to several Taco Bell, and obviously there’s young people attending customers. At his place it seems like the manager gives employees too much freedom, they even go to the tables and talk to their friends and no hygiene or foul language rules are applied. Specially, when one is in company of an elderly lady.

I just don’t understand what happened tonight.
I ordered my meal online, made a stop before getting to the location and waited a total of 45 minutes from the time I ordered to the time I got my food and the only reason I got my food is because after a half hour I asked when is my food going to be made.
Everything is order online or by kiosk and the place was not busy! They had 4 cars in the drive thru when I pulled up and 4 people inside when I walked in. Whatever their set up is needs to changed or the workers need to learn what a pace environment is.
Everyone who worked there looked absolutely miserable and one girl laughed after taking someone’s order and told him it was going to be a while. I really tried to be patient and understanding but from my perspective the people inside only got their food if they asked for it and 3 of the 4 of us had online orders.
It was just a shame to see and experience. I was ready to say I just won’t eat Taco Bell any more but I tried the chipotle sauce on my Doritos locos taco and that was so delicious!
The food was good but I guess I’ll just have to try a different location because I just couldn’t figure out the reason as to why the service was so slow. The only thing I could think of is how 3 employees worked on one order at a time in an assembly line. Idk anything about fast food set ups but it’s either the system doesn’t work to move customers along or the people are not fit for the job. I’m not trying to be rude, I just hope I can provide insight to make the service better. The poor UPS guy came in on break and only had 30 minutes and I don’t think he got his food on time. Who would have prepared to wait so long for fast food?!

Noah was extremely helpful! He helped me save a few dollars
Magnificent sauce bar organization. 10/10.
A little warm inside the restaurant
Drive thru burritos!
Input a mobile order and had a 10 minute drive to the store; thinking I'd be right on time or slightly early I waited patient in the dinning room watching a person take a while to order off the kiosk and wondered why not a Mobil order to be quicker like me; that person was served and long gone before I ever saw my order on the shelf. No Buenos.
