I came here and ordered a quesadilla with no jalapeño sauce. I go to get my food and they were all talking in the back and ignoring us in the store and I had to tell them they forgot my drink. They seemed confused and kept checking their screens until they just gave me a cup. Then I get to eat the food and it was burnt (almost black), there is jalapeño sauce and it has little to no cheese.

At least this place made me completely abandoned taco bell which is better for my health anyways. If you order here, you must become a free employee, you take your own order on their machines which is a task when you have a large order and the touch screen is glitching.

Im not one to complain about fast food places but most of the time here when I order chicken I get beef. And this last time was completely without the upgrades I paid an extra dollar for.The guy at the window this last time was super nice and made me chuckle but then he handed me a BEEF grilled cheese burrito ? you were on my good side man.If you give me the food I asked and paid for I'm not gonna complain about anything else lol. I don't like taco bells beef so it's really disappointing especially if I'm in a bad mood. Just get that together so I can have my cheap comfort food and we're golden.

Enchilada burritos suckssss never has there been an enchilada with rice in it and no cheese. Super wack. Service is slow seems like they don’t care about in person customers anymore. Didn’t get greeted when I walked in and stood there for 20 minutes waiting for my food and when I walked in the drive through was empty. But shortly after I ordered two dashers came in and 4 drive through ordered went out before mine did. Come to find out they have one person making dine in orders and 4 making all the other orders. IF YOU ONLY CARE ABOUT DRIVE THROUGH BUSINESS AND ONLINE BUSINESS LOCK THE DOORS OTHERWISE SERVICE YOUR DINE IN CUSTOMERS WITH THE SAME OR IF NOT BETTER THAN DRIVE THROUGH AND ONLINE.
