I stopped by this location on Saturday night/ Sunday morning at a little bit after midnight. Closing time for the restaurant is 1:00 a.m. when I arrive to pick up my online order I was told by the team leader on the shift. That, they had no food to serve me and that they could not cook anymore for the rest of the night per their general manager and area manager's policy. I explained that that seemed odd that they would have an entire crew at the restaurant till 1:00 in the morning if they weren't serving customers. She told me that it was policy and there was nothing she could do about it. Then she claimed that I was harassing and being disrespectful because I expected them to be open until they're posted time. Needless to say I had to cancel my order and we'll be in contact with their franchisee and corporate office.

They must ALL be new. You have to start somewhere, but it seemed like not one single person knew what to do...
I ordered online for pickup in drive thru a few days ago. I got an item in my bag that was not mine. I do not eat meat, so it definitely wasn't mine. I had to go into the store to ask them what was going on and what they needed to do, but no one had a clue. So I gave them the extra item and left because the other items were correct. When I arrived at home and inspected my food further before putting sauce on it, here is what I found (see photos). I asked for no cheese, and as you can see, there is cross contamination of cheese in my food. I asked for black beans instead of meat and to add rice, I got a spoonful of each. Unacceptable. That is absolutely unacceptable. Do better, and honestly, if none of them know what they're doing, get someone in there who does to help train them better. Clearly, their training needs to be more in-depth.

Ordered the Cantina Bowl! Booooooo Trash to say the least. Cold, with 80% of it being rice. Half a spoon of beans. Tasteless! But what should I expect from Taco Bell right? I have not eaten there in over 2 years and they just reminded me why!!!! Oh and the Cinnabon delights were old as me ! I can not stand when the people that work at these places don’t care about what they are sending out that window.

Stopped by to get a small lunch. Was extremely disappointed. The mexi melt i bought was stuck to the wrapper. How am i supposed to eat something that's all torn up???? Horrible food.

I love our Taco Bell restaurant up in Estrella. Never have had a problem with an error in my order; the quality of their food is top quality, delicious! The staff are always very kind and courteous. I usually go through the drive-through.
8 tacos with double meat and a burrito supreme with double mean and no beans. Got home, no double meat in anything. Called and spoke to the Manage Matt, drove all the way back had the order replaced only to get home and find beans in the burrito and no double meat. Everyone makes mistakes Matt but you didnt get it right even on the second time.
