Went to this location and got in line. Got to the order menu and they said because it's holloween we close at 10. I told her it was only 950. So she told me they were out of food. This is what happens when you let high school kids run the restaurant with no supervision.

They ran out of beef and this is what they serve when you have to get chicken and steak. WOW. I passed 15 fast food places from Peoria to Estrella Mountain figuring I can get decent food by the house. Talk about being wrong. Since it's almost 11pm, I'll wait until tomorrow to take these so called tacos back for a refund. Terrible experience.

We just paid $15 for 2 sodas and 2 fries which i think is ridiculous to begin with.. got home and the fries are sooo dry that they are unedible! Terrrrible night service!
I occasionally have work in the area and I’ve been there now twice for lunch both times they get the order wrong every time. Thought I checked it. Good enough before I left but nope they still get it wrong. I don’t know how hard it is to follow simple instructions when it’s right there in front of their faces.

I love how fast they are here. Every time I have been here the staff is extremely friendly. The nacho fries are so good and don’t even get me started on the cinna delights!! I like the boxes they have. I always feel you get a good value with them. For fast food it’s not bad. You can get a lower calorie option with their bowls.

I came here on 7/7 at 9:30pm and they were out of beef?! The lady at the window was super rude about it too. Didn’t care and didn’t know how to help me cancel the order in the app. I feel like if your out of something that is a main ingredient, BEEF, it should have been updated on the app? She said there’s no way to do that but there’s no way. I’m a GM for a restaurant and when we are out of things, I update my online platform. Learn how to order beef. It was ridiculous.

I stopped by this location on Saturday night/ Sunday morning at a little bit after midnight. Closing time for the restaurant is 1:00 a.m. when I arrive to pick up my online order I was told by the team leader on the shift. That, they had no food to serve me and that they could not cook anymore for the rest of the night per their general manager and area manager's policy. I explained that that seemed odd that they would have an entire crew at the restaurant till 1:00 in the morning if they weren't serving customers. She told me that it was policy and there was nothing she could do about it. Then she claimed that I was harassing and being disrespectful because I expected them to be open until they're posted time. Needless to say I had to cancel my order and we'll be in contact with their franchisee and corporate office.
