When a food container is swollen, that means it’s rotten. How could you send this with my order?? Gross, makes you wonder about the cleanliness of your entire restaurant.

I’ve been to Taco’s Barbon at least five times, and this last visit will be my last.
The restaurant is always understaffed, and they have a getto bell for customers to ring, but it seems like someone only comes running to the counter after being on their cellphone, hidden in the kitchen. The staff always appears unhappy and stressed, even with just two tables occupied in the whole restaurant. The food comes out cold and is rarely cooked to the proper specifications, such as medium-well. The ribeye I ordered was cold, as if it had been pre-cooked, and it seemed to be of the lowest quality available.
This place does not serve high-quality Mexican food by any means. I would rate it a 3 out of 10.

First of all, service is a bit slow today, but the Birria Ramen was well worth the wait. With a Carajillo drink in my hand, I was chowing down on this delicious soup like no other. The noodles are tender, the beef cooked to perfection, and soup base delicious and flavorful.
This lunch was a belated birthday lunch with my mom, and hanging with my sister and her husband was fun. The only person missing was the love of my life (wife), but she was as busy as a bee at work.
You can never go wrong with any item on the menu. I highly recommend the ramen and tacos.
I ordered some churros, but the weekend PIR crowd cleared them out. I wanted to tear up and was only consoled by the fact I could come back and eat again. :)
Taco's are good. I don't recommend the breakfast burritos unless you love wet eggs. But taco Tuesday is great.

Hubby and I stopped by Tacos Barbon on a Sunday at 1pm. We had been once before but only had 1 taco. Today, we ordered the birria nachos, tacos platter, and the specialty taco platter.
The birria nachos were way too wet causing the nachos to be soggy with the combination of both birria broth and nacho cheese. This made the nachos mediocre at best and I would not order them again.
Both tacos platters were decent. Not terrible but also not the best. They are on the pricier side and I can’t justify paying $4-$6 for a taco.
Overall, this business gets a 3/5 because everyone was nice and the food was decent.

The only problem I have is that I can’t try everything on the menu when I go! Today I had the stuffed jalapeños because they are FANTASTIC and a few tacos. Birria and potato…SO GOOD. The Red tacos are AMAZING. My next test will be the Ramen. The wait staff is awesome, the atmosphere is casually elegant and comfortable. The smell of wood smoke and meat when you walk in is a dead giveaway that you are in for a treat. This place is Muy Bien

Won’t be coming back. Over priced on some tacos I ordered from their food truck and the taste is alright. I purchased 4 asada tacos $5 each but they ran out and got birria at the price of asada. So I over paid $8 for 4 birria tacos that lack taste. I also got 2 al pastor and those were okay. They could at least give me another taco.
