08/31/2025 the beef noodle that I had was horrible. The beef texture was like paper. The noodles were stale. My Melon boba drink was bland and watery. I had clear boba that I did not ask for. There was also a boba that I had that was not round and intact and seemed to be already chewed.

It’s unfortunate to leave a review but me and my friend I haven’t seen in a very long time came to dine in. Our first guy server was very attentive and welcoming but then some girl worker took over his shift and our table and was very rude.. she would stare our table down for us to get the hint and leave, that one time we looked over at her and she took that as an opportunity to come over and ask in a very aggressive tone “did you need guys need something” and we had told her no we were good. She continued to stare us down till we left. Mind you the restaurant was very empty we were the only customers there.. thought they’d appreciate our business, especially bc they had no others dining in the whole we were there with her we felt we were bothering her and needed to leave.

The food was simply amazing. I got the deep fried chicken with red rice and the chicken was not only cooked all the way through, but it was also well seasoned and crispy. The red rice has great flavor and it comes with an egg on top, making it even more flavorful. Overall, the vibe in the restaurant is very calm and peaceful. I recommend this place to everyone who loves Vietnamese food.

Welcoming atmosphere and really good service…but above all is the pho! Both the chicken and the brisket are delicious. Outstanding broth…and fresh ingredients. Highly recommend! Eat in or take out.

I’m a picky pho eater. Phoenix area, west side to east side, i tried most of them but none satisfy me (except california or houston area of course,) but Lotus pho so far is good to me. 8/10. recommendable.

Great appetizers, drinks and food. Me and my wife went and got two appetizers, two slushes a stir fry rice and a sandwich which came out to $60. Little more expensive than I was expecting but it was really good so we were happy.

Food was good. I got the vermacilli with grilled pork and shrimp spring rolls. But it could have been better honestly. There wasn't enough peanut sauce and peanuts in the sauce. Had two spring rolls, and was charged for four which. The pork was delicious but too much fat not enough meat. The girl with braces had great customer service. The restaurant and bathroom were nice and clean. Great atmosphere.

The atmosphere is comfortable and very clean. Our service person was very attentive and pleasant.
The food was so delicious and fresh, we will definitely be returning for the spring rolls and pho. We’ve had pho at many different places and this is hands down one of the most flavorful.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ A Hidden Gem of Vietnamese
If you're looking for authentic Vietnamese food with bold flavors and fresh ingredients, this place is a must-visit! From the moment you walk in, you're greeted with warm hospitality and the smell of something amazing cooking in the kitchen.

Let’s talk about the egg rolls—crispy, golden, and packed with flavor. Each bite is the perfect balance of crunch and savory goodness, and they’re served piping hot with a delicious dipping sauce that takes them to the next level.

The spring rolls are just as impressive. Fresh herbs, perfectly cooked shrimp, vermicelli noodles, and crisp veggies wrapped in rice paper—light, refreshing, and beautifully presented. The peanut sauce that comes with it is so good, I could honestly drink it.

But the real star of the show? The ribeye bánh mì. This sandwich is unreal—tender, marinated ribeye, pickled carrots and daikon, fresh cilantro, jalapeños, and a perfectly crusty baguette. It’s the kind of sandwich that makes you close your eyes after the first bite. The flavors are rich, balanced, and deeply satisfying.

Whether you’re grabbing a quick lunch or sitting down for a full meal, this spot delivers every time. I’ll definitely be back—and I’ll be bringing friends. Highly recommended!

Hands down the best beef sandwiches I had in a while. They were so tasty, and the meat was so tender. The pho was delicious. An honorable mention was the broth that was given with the chicken and white rice.

Best soup around. It’s hard to find a place serve pho and noodle soup “hot” in temperature like this one. Red rice with chicken is the best! New owner is very nice, staffs are all nice! Strongly recommend this restaurant!
