Food tonight was mediocre as far as take out goes country fried steak portions were miserable and not worth the price! I’ve had bigger country fried steak dining in! The to go staff guys were super helpful and showed great customer service.

My family visits this location as often as we can and almost always enjoy a great experience, whether we are just out for dinner or enjoying a special occasion. I want to not only recognize the many great frintline employees but the many working behind the scenes (cooks, bakers , dishwashers, meat cutters ect). A special shout out goes to marketer Miranda Jordan, your behind the scenes work is often unnoticed and definitely underappreciated. Steaks are always fresh, and the salads are always extra chilled to perfection! The atmosphere is a little loud, especially when they are about to dance. Music gets blasted extra extra loud. It's hard to hear. It is fun and doesn't last long, so that's fine. The loaded sweet potatoes are amazing! Dessert option for sure! If you choose to dine in before 5:30, they have a discounted menu. You can ride the bull on your birthday and they sing to you.

This place is trash. It's time for us as consumers to start holding these large corporations accountable and give our hard earned money to businesses that care about the product they put out and, more importantly there customers satisfaction.
This consistency of this place is non-existent, and the owners and managers who run this place are to blame.

Nothing will change as long as we keep giving into this crap. It's time we start demanding respect and quit feeding this system.
It's time for us to help each other and to start giving our money to small businesses and restaurants that value us and our support Because these large corporations could care less.
We have to come together and completely void them out so that they can feel it where it hurts.
Then maybe they will get their act together and make adjustments to accommodate their customers so that we get what we pay for on a consistent basis.
Remember, we outnumber them, and we don't have to stand for this any longer.

Waited about 1 hr for food, was told it was a kitchen issue but when everyone around you has their food and some of them ordered well after you did i dont think the kitchen issue excuse works, 3 people party only 2 entrees ordered...
