I ordered from here twice for delivery. And the first time they forgot my extra sauce that I had paid for. And when I ordered again, they forgot it as well again. A little frustrating and considering there is like 2-3 pieces of chicken on meal is quite ridiculous.

My first time trying this place .. ever… I feel like .. if McD’s made a fry/ boneless wing bowl.. this would be it.. not too impressed ..the side of sauce was good.. other than that… it’s ehhh..

This place is now on my black list. I went was told I had to not should but had to use kiosk, my friend paid cash for his order. Well for whatever reason the kiosk didn't take my order. After 30 mins I asked where my order the cashier who saw me use the kiosk said no idea. I checked my account the money never came out. I'm done it's crazy mikes wings after this.

The chicken wings are very good size. I had the mango habanero sauce. Delicious. A little spicy but not overwhelming. Onion rings were basic onion rings. Wings are a little pricey ( $12.00 for 5 wings) but they're expensive everywhere you go.

Don’t go there if you are hungry. You’ll be waiting 30 minutes for 5 tenders. Then you’ll stand right in front of her and ANA won’t call your name and your food will sit there for 15 minutes and be cold by the time you get it. Then she’ll say she called you 3 times. Ha no. Absolutely the worst. Go somewhere else. Don’t waist your time.

Wanted to try a new chicken place tonight, and overall glad we did! Got the garlic Parmesan and mango habanero fries (split in half in one bowl) and it was really good! Definitely favored the mango habanero more, it is fantastic. The only thing I’d really want more out of this is crispier chicken, but still, really tasty!The shakes were REALLY good! We got the Reese’s shake and a chocolate shake, and our daughter got the birthday cake shake. All were really satisfying.Seemed to be mostly teenagers working and gossiping, but they were still able to get the food out in a timely manner, which is all you can ask for really.

Went there to go use the restroom real quick and got told customers only in the rudest possible way. I often go there to eat when I'm nearby playing games or often buy meals for my friends too.I never complain it's rare especially to write out a review but I have kidney issues so as much as I spend there and business they get from me being nearby and grabbing friends to eat there, I won't be back to this location.I believe Fernando, it was a younger kid I apologize if it's the wrong name but yeah I "appreciate" the service that I was such an issue because I didn't buy food *one time*, despite how often I go there.I guess it won't be an issue as I won't be going there anymore nor bringing the group that often gives them business nearly everyday/weekend.Most of the staff seems chill but there are a few who seem to be bringing issues for no reason. Go literally anywhere else. I feel bad even writing a negative review but from some comments amongst my friends how some of the staff has been as of late I have to say something.

The audacity to even have Buffalo in the name when this place is disgusting and tastes nothing like Buffalo food. Maybe visit Buffalo NY and visit some restaurants and step your game up. This wouldn’t fly there…Also, fire your rude lazy staff. Terrible service to match the terrible food. ??♂️ With so few menu items this should be an easy win for you. Running a deep fryer and tossing wings in sauce. It’s really not a big task guys..
