Great spot in Goodyear! The Frozen Monkey serves up delicious frozen treats with a fun and lively atmosphere. The variety of flavors and toppings is impressive, and the staff is always friendly and helpful. A must-try for anyone with a sweet tooth!

Used to enjoy the shaved ice and the dole whip, the shaved ice was more of a snow cone and had large chunks of ice, the dole whip has been out for about a month. The service was good she was friendly, won’t go there anymore for the shaved

They were out of dole whip. They were out of sweet milk, so they couldn’t make the sweet monkey which is my only reason for ever coming here. I opted for the rb float, I was confused when I couldn’t get a refill on the root beer I would assume It’s like any fountain drink policy. However, it’s impossible to be disappointed when eating sugar. 5/5 to this place for contributing to the communities sugar addictions.

Thanks to Groupon we found this amazing little gem. We went in with three adults and two teenagers. We were immediately created with friendly hellos and smiles. We ordered two watermelon shaved ice, Tiger's eye, banana, and pomegranate. We absolutely loved our shaved ice. Tasty and refreshing. The place was clean. The people were friendly. And even though it's a little bit out of our way we will be going back again!

I honestly feel so bad for the lone worker that seems to be constantly the only worker even during busy periods. When I was there it seemed like the owners entire extended family was there + a bunch of customers which put the poor woman so far behind and you could tell she was stressed (no fault to her.) The owners need to hire more staff and not take their whole family for treats during their peak hours. That being said the treats weren't bad, but I don't feel good supporting a business that doesn't support their employees and overworks them for probably maybe barely above minimum wage.

So I found this place several months ago. Really enjoy the menu. However,this last Saturday I brought 8 people with me. 2pm on a hot Sat and the place is closed???? Says they open at 7 we assumed they ment 7pm??? Really on a Saturday!!!

I had the Rootbeer float classic ! Pretty good and the husband had the pina colada hawwian shaved ice !! 10/10

This place was so disappointing, the 3 shaved ices that my wife and kids ordered were so full of syrup and sweet that they gave them head aches and there stomach started hurting almost immediately. We just through them alway. The young ladies were nice and provided ok service but they didn't know what they were doing when it came to making our treats. Also the place is dark and dingy with sticky floors. Find another place for a cool treat in treat hot weather!

Me and my husband come here often and we are usually are pretty satisfied by the quality and service we receive. We visited today and the atmosphere was quite different. We noticed the employees looked new and different from the ones we usually see. The place was backed up longer than normal compared to our other visits, and it took us quite some time to receive our items. We both got the shaved ice and it wasn't very shaved, nor were our cups as full as they usually are. Not entirely sure if this is a result of the newer looking employees or something else. However, the cashier was quite friendly and held conversation.
