We had reservations for a party of 15. They were very accommodating when we asked to move the whole party outside and they were so sweet. Our waitress was outstanding and food was delivered quickly and was delicious. It was our first time and we will be back

Called ahead to see if they could accommodate a party of 11 at around 4pm. They said yes and no current wait. We were 5 minutes away. Show up to get our table and the host desk said they could not accommodate our family of 11. Many large tables open and the place was dead with lots of seating. So to clarify I asked them again and said so you don’t want our money for 11 of us to eat, the two girls basically said nothing and didn’t seem to care at all. We then all agreed we will not be giving this business our money ever again. We called Bubba’s to see if they could and they said sure. We came over they had a large tables open they put together for us and the place was packed. Server immediately took drink orders and we are all happy

Thursday HH was great! 1/2 off beer. Beer selection on tap was disappointing. Selections were few and no winter beers. Food was fantastic. We both had the mac and cheese with hot chicken. Well prepared and seasoned.

We arrived around 1:15 PM and told our waitress Megan that we were specifically ordering from the Tuesday “half-off appetizers” special. We ordered four appetizers based on that. When the bill arrived, however, we noticed all the appetizers were charged at full price.
We were then informed that the special only runs from 2 PM–6 PM. Nowhere on the menu (see highlights on attached photo) does it list those times next to the promotion. The manager, Ryan, came over and told us that the happy hour times are printed on the very back of the menu. Seriously? Why would anyone look at the back of the menu when the appetizers and specials are listed on the front? The times should be shown where the offer is advertised or at the very least, our waitress could have let us know that it wasn’t valid yet, especially since we clearly mentioned we were ordering the happy hour special.
Instead, we ended up paying about $70 for four appetizers and two iced teas. Disappointing experience and poor communication all around.

The staff are top tier super friendly very attentive! The food is amazing We had multiple appetizers we were a fairly large group All of our orders were correct cooked perfection and delicious! The live music is a bonus. Don't miss this place or the experience!
