This is the first negative review I’ve ever written, but I felt it was necessary. Unfortunately, the customer service was very poor and the quality did not meet expectations. I left feeling disappointed and won’t be returning. I’ll be sticking with other places moving forward.

I honestly won’t be ordering from this location again. I order ahead because it’s on my way to work, and I always pay for extra add-ins—like chia seeds in my smoothies or extra strawberries in my bowls. Do they ever get added? No. I let it slide the first 2–3 times, but at this point it’s an ongoing issue. Why am I paying extra for items I never receive?
What’s funny is that when I ask for things to be removed, they manage to do that every time. But adding what I actually pay for? Apparently not. On top of that, it’s a 50/50 chance whether the food or drinks even taste good or just have no flavor at all.
At this point, I’ll just go to the Jamba Juice across the parking lot.

***UPDATE***
I drank the flavorless smoothie for a bit, and eventually had to throw it away. I am feeling extremely nauseous. Definitely a waste of money.

I’m literally here right now and they took like 2-3 minutes to acknowledge me and when she did not friendly at all and it took them another 10-15 minutes to take an order which was just a smoothie when giving me the smother again no acknowledgment placed on counter and walked away. Worse customer service ever

Doors aren't open at 7AM and staff is extremely unfriendly in the morning. It was as if I was inconveniencing the worker by just showing up and placing an order. Apologies for stopping by.

Last night I went in and ordered a turkey bacon ranch but I asked for no lettuce and no tomato. I checked it before I left and it did have everything on it so I let the girl that works there know and she at first argued with me and then she said “fine I’ll remake it” then throws the original one away aggressively and walks to the back. She was so extremely rude, worst customer service I’ve ever had! It’s sad because I love this place but I will not go back if they have people like her working there!

Smoothie was pricey and did not taste very good. Bland and had a bit of a freezer burn aftertaste. Spent about 30 dollars on 3 smoothies. Will not be coming back.

Place itself was alright but everything else was horrible. I was here earlier today and i saw two workers first a girl and a man who i saw working alone. This isn’t the first time i’ve seen this . The whole time i was there I left and came back and still he was alone and still the other worker is nowhere to be seen? I’m a regular and i ALWAYS see this woman come in and she’s never to be seen. Everytime i’ve come here and i see the other worker only one worker is working. It’s upsetting that this establishment is letting this happen because at times it takes too long for my order to be made because only one worker is making smoothies..

Worst service of any place I’ve ever been to. The single employee told us she hadn’t cut up any fruit yet but she could do the crunch bowl. Then almost 10 minutes later she says she can’t do any bowls because she hasn’t cut up fruit. She was unprofessional and slightly rude with her agitated mood. She then brought out the person who came in after us his order, which he returned because it was wrong. She also looked at us like we were crazy when we asked if she had smoothies after telling us she had no cut up fruit. Looks like there are not enough employees for the early part of the day. Arrived at 7:25, order taken at 7:47 and food didn’t arrive until , making us late for our next appointment. Just looked at my receipt and she added a $5.75 tip for herself without my permission. Goodbye Tropical Smoothie Cafe , you lost a regular costumer today.

I Stop by this morning. this cashier lady is very unwelcoming. She blankly stares at you when you walk up to the counter. No “hi, how can I help you” or “what would you like to order” She was super rude . Not sure what’s going on today but she seems to hate her job.

I honestly won't come back at this location again. My wife ordered one smoothie and it took them about 10 minutes to even make it. Several other people who were in front of us ordered and half of their orders were either missing or they didn't bother to tell them that they didn't have the ingredients to make it. Before I knew this I had ordered my smoothie and have waited about 15 minutes and they haven't even started it yet the girl in the front was just sitting at the registered on her phone for about 5 minutes. There's one young kid in the back actually doing his job working hard so I commend him but the girl wasn't really doing anything and the guy had to stop what he was doing to take orders once the girl went in the back, and continue making orders. Very slow service, several people had to wait 5 plus minutes to even be acknowledged. They either need to hire more people or have people who are motivated to do their job not sit there on their phone at the register and help other coworkers. 22 minutes and still no smoothie....
