I LOVE tropical smoothie!! I've never once been disappointed. Every smoothie that I've gotten has been delicious. This location is very clean and seems well staffed and organized.

I think that today was the last day that I shop there, don’t get me wrong. I love tropical smoothie but this location is the worst. I only go to this location because it’s close to my job but the service was terrible. The girl (she was a short, petite brown hair girl ) who made me super late because she showed up a whole hour late to work didn’t even give a good morning greeting or nothing had the most stank attitude very nonchalant and just super rude. Customer service was just terrible and I was definitely fed up this last time I asked for a banana boost with certain type of special instructions for it the first time I got that smoothie it was not made right it tasted so dry it was no sweetness to it since I did ask for extra honey and less sugar she had the most ugly attitude with me when I came back and told her the drink was a made right she just threw her head back through the smoothie into the trash from a distance and proceeded to make the drink again with attitude. She then dropped my straw on the floor and I asked, can I get another straw because it fell on the floor and she got a straight up attitude with that as well I saw some of the reviews on here and I’m glad that there’s a jumble juice close by because I’m gonna start going there for now on for my morning smoothies I really wish this place would tighten up. Not to mention they don’t even sweep and clean up their store. How do you leave an eyelash on the floor? I’m all about customer service since I work in that type of field and I have to say do not do not go there.. I mean everything about the order was terrible watching her make it, and as she standing there when she made it for the second time, she only gave me a small little piece of banana, and I don’t even think she put my mango in, but I wasn’t gonna argue and waste more time being late, but they really put a ton of ice when they’re making your smoothie so I’m only paying $11 and some change for mostly ice

It looks like management could care less about spreading their workers to thin. Only 2 employees working mid day on a Saturday? That's bad management and very poor planning lol. Im more frustrated with that than I am with waiting over 30 min for 3 smoothies.

Riley provided great service and great food! At the time of my service she was the only employee behind the counter and she did a great job managing making the orders and taking new orders. Love popping into Tropical Smoothie Cafe. My only suggestions would be to restock food products like peppers and onions, and get the locked key out of the ladies bathroom.

I really had my heart set on a smoothie with banana and peanut butter, but as I walked up to the counter, I was told they were out of bananas. With so many smoothies on the menu that contained bananas, that limited my choices. I ordered the Bahama mama instead. It was tasty but it mostly tasted like a strawberry smoothie since that's the only thing I could taste. Then when I asked for the key to use the restroom , I was told the key was locked inside the restroom so I had to use the men's restroom which was dirty and didn't appear to have been cleaned in quite a while. Then, as we were sitting at a table facing the counter, we noticed 3 people walk in and wait at the counter while a blond haired girl behind the counter stood facing them and continued talking on her phone totally not interested in helping these customers. Also, another customer who came in earlier and placed her order was waiting at a table for awhile before someone came out to inform her that they were out of something to make her food. They did apologize and asked what else the woman would like. All I kept thinking was how poorly this location was managed. I definitely won't be back here especially with a Jamba Juice right across the parking lot.

Yesterday, I was picking up two separate orders for me and my mom. I grabbed my items and walked out. Then a customer and an employee went after me acussing me as a theif. I have both email receipts, I would had complied if the employee were to asked politely to me to show the receipts. The customer kept harassing me and threatened to call the police. The employee left and went back inside while the customer kept harassing me. The employee never resolve the issue since the problem was outside the place. Later on, I just drove away and the customer was following me. After a few minutes, he stopped following me. When I got home, I realized that both orders have flatbreads, but no sides.

They used faucet water to blend smoothies. Kid said that’s how the manager trained him.
The smoothies we tried were fantastic. The smoothie was in a large cup, and after drinking, I wasn't hungry for a while.
