Great experience! Employees greet you as you walk in and bring out your food when it's ready. Store was clean and organized. The food tasted great!

Prices on menu show$7.99 but when rung up, price on computer shows $8.19.
Not greeted when walking in the door
Cashier, was super quiet and you couldn’t hear her talk at all.
Crew seemed slow, lazy and completely inattentive to their jobs.
This location is not my favorite or ideal location at all.

Seriously there is barely anything in these bowls so small !! Charging what you are ..'other stores are filled way more these three I just got were MAYBE 1/4 filled .. it's ridiculous I'll never order from this store again.. and I order every single day.. I usually have a $70 order a day .. I'll make sure it comes from the Litchfield store

March 2025, we put in an order for pick up. Arrived and they said “hey we do not have one of the ingredients (bacon) so we can’t make it.” We said that it was okay without the bacon then they changed it to “oh we can’t make it because our chicken is frozen and it would take too long to thaw.” We said we would wait, then they flat out said “no, we won’t service you.” We were told we couldn’t get out money back and we would have to contact corporate. I have called 5 times to get out money back and they keep Saying it is processing and nothing. It has been a little over 5 months. Used to be a regular but this place went downhill and haven’t returned since they scammed us.

I thought it would be fresh smoothie, it seems like they order these and they keep them frozen , nothing seems fresh from this place , aside from costumer service not good at all. It was my first time coming me and my last too will not be coming back I rather a Jamba Juice and I’m sure there are other better options but here no. Do not recommended to expensive as well for alittle frozen bowl

What a waste of space this place is. How do you not have BANANAS, the main ingredient for most smoothies. And then to not say that until AFTER I have paid. And I was unable to get a refund so $20+ down the drain.

Great Smoothies, my only complaint is that the bathrooms in this establishment are always out of service. Horrible owners who don't care about providing good service to their customers, shame on you.

When I order delivery my order takes forever to get delivered; and I leave a decent tip for the driver im now starting to think the company keeps the tip we leave for the drivers on the app
Also the wraps taste terrible they put old lettuce in there… ALSO THEY ARE ALWAYS OUT OF INGREDIENTS I ALWAYS GET A TEXT FROM THE DIRVER THEY ARE OUT OF SOMETHING ITS RIDICULOUS

It’s sad that we get shitty service from places like we received here, for no reason. If you’re having a bad day why take it out on paying customers to ruin their day. The carelessness that was put into my order is just plain sad. If your employees are willing to act this way with customers for no reason get new and better ones. If I or my husband was rude I could understand getting a shitty order. That wasn’t the case I asked how her day was going to try and ease the negative vibe I got from the get go and she said it’s going and proceeded to throw our Order together. Management needs to also look into uniforms. Very unprofessional clothing and work ethics. If a employee doesn’t care about their appearance they aren’t going to care about their customer service…

Worst experience. Avoid this place. Slow service the order sat on the back counter, they said because they didn't have the full order available. They overcharged me for food they did not have available. I have been told for 3 weeks now that I would be refunded and have not been refunded. Reached out to corporate and they do not respond. Talked to the store in person and on the phone and they said my refund would be sent back to my card and nothing. I asked them to issue the refund on the spot and they told me that their manager has to text in about the refund to authorize it. Then when I called them they told me they sent it to "HR" and they would issue a refund in 2-3 days.
In addition, they do not have working bathrooms for their customers at this location. When I called them 2 weeks after visiting their place to inquire about my refund status I mentioned the bathrooms being broken as well and they said the bathrooms are still broken.

Although the cashier was nice, he seemed a bit distracted on his phone.
The smoothie lacked flavor and even had it re-made once and it still lacked the flavor of what I tasted at other locations. I most likely wouldn’t be back or recommend this place but the Las Vegas locations are better from experience.

I've already written one review... but it's been nearly 2 weeks and haven't heard from anyone yet so here's review #2. This location STOLE $30+ from me nearly 2 weeks ago. I placed an order on Sunday morning online and went to pick up in-store but the store was not open. They took my money even though they were not open (in fact they changed their hours but decided not to updated this information on their own site to order food). I've tried contacting Tropical Smoothie Cafe several times now but no one has gotten back to me so unfortunately writing reviews are the only thing I can do.

***Editing to add even though I've filled out the below link multiple times that they've requested I fill out... no one has gotten back to me yet and it's been nearly 2 weeks since the first time I've filled this form out.***
Didn't want to do this, but since it's been 2 days of not hearing back from anyone nor getting a refund I guess I have to.
I placed an order at another location nearby (McDowell Road, Goodyear AZ) and received an email that the order would be ready at 8:36 AM. When I showed up at the location it was closed and no one was there. I thought possibly this was an employee no-show situation and decided to order the same thing again at the close by Cotton Lane, Goodyear AZ location.
The same situation happened at the Cotton Lane location. The email reported the order would be ready for pick up at 8:59 AM, but when I arrived at that time the location was locked and no one there. After waiting a few minutes an employee did show, letting me know that their hours have changed and the manager has not changed the hours yet. The new opening time is 10 AM. I left, as I wasn't waiting around for an hour for a smoothie.
I'm now out money for 2 orders for the negligence of likely the same manager. I will continue to post bad reviews until someone gets back to me. There is no reason you couldn't have updated your hours within your system so you could have avoided this situation.
