They closed at 9 pm and it was 8:30 when I walked in. I wanted an aciai bowl but the girl said they had put all the food stuff away, so they weren't serving anything, food, just smoothies. So okay I ordered a smoothie, after I paid I asked to use the bathroom which she replied "no, they are closed for the night" like I'm sorry but isn't because of paying customers like myself that keep you guys in business and make it so you even have a bathroom working and is fully capable of being used?

Rude workers don't say hello and act like they are not there. But when certain customers come in they want to greet them. Both of the girls stare at people and are rude. This location needs better workers and better service and bad customer service.

I have eaten here many times and my orders are always correct. The staff is always very fast and friendly so I'm not sure what the other reviewers are complaining about. My only gripe is with the music. Please turn it down by 50% I can barely hear the cashier. Very annoying. Who is the target audience for that awful music anyway? Turn it down and I'll change my review to 5 stars

We walked in there was 2 girls works, both girls looked at us and did not acknowledge us, we wait a little while longer l, a gentleman that was eating also noticed that, they did not acknowledge us and his face turned sour, he said that just rude of them. So we immediately just walked out.

I've had good experiences at other locations however staff were not welcoming and the PB banana flatbread was extremely dry with almost no honey and light PB. Hoping the feedback can help this location improve!

Suffice it to say that while our food was good, the remainder of our experience was not. I don't want to get into the details on a review site and as such have sent an email to Ms. Roberts who I was told is in management within the organization. I will say that there are many choices in the area and I'd skip this one if I were you.

I ordered the Cosmic Mango smoothie (not sure if that's the right name) and it was OUT OF THIS WORLD. The food was fantastic as well, would give anything if we had this place in Los Angeles. This will be a mandatory stop when I am in PHX for work

Cashier has bad attitude. She acted like she doesn't want to serve me or she doesn't want to work there. Smoothie was good so I gave this place another chance. Again cashier had unhappy look and made me very uncomfortable. I don't go back there. I want to spend my money somewhere else that appreciate my support.

Came in for brunch after a target run. Friendly service recommended a super yummy smoothie and wrap. Everything was fresh and flavorful. Speedy service as well! Definitely recommend!

My smoothies never taste good from this location, the measurements are all off. I didn’t realize my door dash was always coming from here and the good smoothies I get from pick up are at the mcdowell location. Here’s a picture of my smoothie add spinach. You have to know if it’s this dark the smoothie is wrong lol. We had another 3 nasty smoothies today. And ordered a few other ones this week and now I know I can’t DoorDash my favorite smoothies.
