I came through the drive thru today for a spicy chicken sandwich meal and a baconator meal. My spicy chicken didn’t have toppings on it, and my baconator had no bacon on it. I also didn’t receive straws for my drinks or barbecue that I asked for. I hope this error can be corrected. I attempted to call the store but the phone just rings and no one ever answers. The order was $27 for two meals and both were made wrong.

Why is it sooo hard to answer the phone? All fast food are the same, never answer the phone. I pay $35 just to get $24 worth of food?!.. missing a whole biggie bag, I pay for the new chicken sandwich and get a regular sandwich? Is it really that hard to read a screen?! No, it's not.. I worked fast food for years.. it's not that hard. Get your act together ffs.. answer the damn phone.

Hamburgers are solid! Made well. Love the brown bag deal!! Best deal in town! Customer service was AMAZING!Kid-friendliness: Kids running around being kids and nobody bothered them. They let them be.. the mom looked so tired, the cashier was so nice to her!Wheelchair accessibility: Has a couple handicap spots by the entrance

I was just there i orded a baconator with no cheese because i am lactose intolerant and when i went to tell them they made it wrong they gave me an extreme amount of attitude saying i was wrong when it even says no cheese on the reciept then they told me i could just wipe it off rather than them make it correctly and when they finally made it correctly they trhough it on the table and said there you go with a attitude i do not reccomend this place if that ishow they are gonna treat there customers
