This place used to be my regular stop on my way home after long double shifts. The night crew was so friendly and would greet me by name. One by one, the good night staff got promoted to dayshift and finally we experienced Matthew. I do not know what his problem is, I was never rude to him, and he has been extremely rude and unprofessional on several occasions now after making a complaint to the general manager James about it. Manager Stephanie is unprofessional! They messed up my order and she was so rude, she would not make it right. Recommended she train the employee's better and she said she would hang up on me if I said that again. Advised I would email corporate and she said that's fine. The store needs a better manager, no wonder they don't do their job properly!!😡
