1st timer. Ordered 2 burgers, fries and 5 piece chicken strips for take out. Got home and realized they forgot the chicken strips. Burgers and fries were decent but not good enough to get over them messing up a simple order. Sticking to In N Out burger from now on.

This place used to be my regular stop on my way home after long double shifts. The night crew was so friendly and would greet me by name. One by one, the good night staff got promoted to dayshift and finally we experienced Matthew. I do not know what his problem is, I was never rude to him, and he has been extremely rude and unprofessional on several occasions now after making a complaint to the general manager James about it. Well, I see the behavior is coming from the top down at this location, because James is also rude and unprofessional, with no excuse or explanation for how we were treated. It is impossible to contact anyone above James, as Whataburger simply sends your complaint to the store manager that you’re complaining about. So I just wanted to make people aware that while this used to be a good location, food quality (dry burger patties, old cold fries, etc) has went down dramatically and the erratic, discriminatory behavior of this employee Matthew is uncalled for. What is the issue Matthew and James?

You guys need to fix your intercom through the drive-thru or something. I don't have a a loud vehicle, Had to practically yell into the microphone and they still got the order wrong. I asked for a double they gave me a single I asked for large fry they gave me large onion ring. Go back to exchange the onion ring for a french fry. They make fresh fries but they're undercooked. Hate to sound like that guy that complains. But very disappointing....

They'll sure as anything charge you for everything you ordered, but you even more certainly won't get everything that ypu ordered. How hard is it to just give someone what they ordered ONE TIME. Will not be back, I have given them MULTIPLE CHANCES and they disappoint EVERY. SINGLE. TIME.

Went through the drive thru today and ordered a salad and chicken strips. Did not receive any napkins or plastic wear to eat the salad. Too many hands in the meal prep and no quality check. Last time I will use the drive thru again.

I had a great experience at Whataburger, thanks to the manager, James and his team. He made sure my order was perfect and was genuinely friendly throughout my visit. The Whataburger was fresh and tasty, just what I was hoping for. The store was clean, the team seemed happy to be there, and the overall atmosphere welcoming. James’ attention to detail is what really stood out, and it made the visit that much better. I’ll definitely be back!
