Went through the drive thru today and ordered a salad and chicken strips. Did not receive any napkins or plastic wear to eat the salad. Too many hands in the meal prep and no quality check. Last time I will use the drive thru again.

I had a great experience at Whataburger, thanks to the manager, James and his team. He made sure my order was perfect and was genuinely friendly throughout my visit. The Whataburger was fresh and tasty, just what I was hoping for. The store was clean, the team seemed happy to be there, and the overall atmosphere welcoming. James’ attention to detail is what really stood out, and it made the visit that much better. I’ll definitely be back!

Listen, if loving Whataburger is wrong, I don’t want to be right. Their burgers are so good, I’d fight a hangry toddler for the last bite (and probably lose, but it’s the principle). The spicy ketchup? Life-changing. I’m convinced it could solve world peace if we gave it a chance.
One time, I ordered a Honey Butter Chicken Biscuit at 2 a.m., and it felt like I’d discovered the meaning of life. The staff? Absolute heroes in orange shirts, making my late-night cravings feel like fine dining. Went thanksgiving morning. Fry’s were soggy and seemed like they were old. Also asked for spicy ketchup and the cashier said “it should already be in there.” Drove off and no condiments or napkins for my to go order. No spicy ketchup :(
