Shouldn't take 10 minutes to have someone come out and take my payment. If only the manager/supervisor actually cared though, they obviously don't.
I usually enjoy Whataburger and have always had good experiences here. The food is great and the service is normally solid.
However, during my recent visit I witnessed something that really concerned me. One of the younger employees wearing a blue shirt was acting very unprofessional. He kept greeting random friends who walked in by using foul language, giving them high-fives, and then went straight back to handling food without changing his gloves.
That’s a big food-safety issue, and it definitely made me uncomfortable. I’m not trying to get anyone in trouble, but I hope management addresses this so the standards stay consistent with what customers expect from Whataburger.

Everytime I tried to give this specific location a try they seem to disappoint! Waited 20 minutes for a burger and some cold fries. The burger was a mess and looked like they just tossed in the core of the lettuce in there. Super slow service and subpar food.

Great staff. Today, the managers truly inspired me with a simple but powerful action. During their walk-around, they noticed one of their team members taking his lunch. Instead of just passing by, they stopped, checked on him, and asked how he was doing and whether he needed anything.
That moment spoke volumes. Leadership isn’t about titles — it’s about humanity. When managers value their people, they build trust, purpose, and pride.
Human capital is the heart of any organization. When your employees feel supported, respected, and seen, your customers will always be in good hands.

I have to compliment Juan A. He walked my order to me & greeted me with a big smile good conversation with a positive friendly attitude. This young man will go places. The food was great as well
I was my first time here, read my order. Give me a number, sit down and waited more than 35 minutes and had to ask for our meal. They said, forgot our order. Another ten minutes, we received our order. Not a good experience for a first time Customer.

This will unfortunately be my last visit to this location due to a serious lack of attention to a specific dietary and allergy request. I ordered two plain grilled chicken sandwiches because I have a severe allergy to mayonnaise (and any mayo-based 'special sauce'). Despite clearly stating 'plain,' and the cashier literally repeating the order back to me to confirm it, both sandwiches arrived completely drenched in the special sauce. This is a fundamental failure and, more importantly, a major health risk that was completely ignored. Attention to detail, especially concerning allergies, is not difficult and is an absolute necessity in the food industry. Beyond the food error, the overall service was poor; the employees seemed unengaged and lifeless. Based on the severe disregard for a simple and necessary dietary request, coupled with the subpar atmosphere, I absolutely cannot recommend spending time or money at this franchise location.

Did drive through, I waited like 10 minutes for the car in front to clear. They have two lanes, and the vehicle that pulled up after me in the right lane was already getting his food while I was still waiting behind the car on the left lane. The left lane finally pulls out, and I look inside the window and the guy goes to open the door four times to take my money but didn't. I saw them shuffling bags and looking confused. The guy finally opens the window, takes my credit card, and charges me my bill. Then he asked me to move forward in the left lane, and I did. Next thing I know the people behind me got all their food, and the guy comes out the side door and asked me to move forward. Where he wanted me to park I would have been hit by the car that was pulling out. I kind of went off at him said what it's going on, and he told me I'm waiting for fries. All I order was two meals, so why was I seeing everybody else getting their food before me, and I got to wait for fries. I didn't want to pull forward enough to get my car hit so I went around the corner and waited. For another 10 minutes I waited, and I saw two more cars come out and around me from the two lanes. While I was at the window he asked me if I wanted to ketchup and stuff, and I finally get my bag after 15 minutes, watching three or four guys drive by, being told I'm waiting on french fries, and some girl comes out and just kind of throws the bag at me through the window and walks away. I drive home open the bag, no napkins, No ketchup, just the two burger meals and that's it. So I waited 15 to 20 minutes for my meal at a two-lane drive-thru. It was the worst Whataburger experience I've had in a while. If you're going to ask me what to put in the bag, like ketchup, why ask and not put it in the bag.
Bottom line, I am avoiding this Whataburger for a while.

Great customer service and original Whataburger (with cheese) was a bit pricey but totally worth it.
As a delivery driver working at 6 am there is no reason to be waiting on fresh biscuits when there is only 1 car in the drive thru. Also went into lobby and was not talked to so I went into the drive thru to say I was picking up a order and they told me to go inside where I stood for another 6 minutes.
