horrible food , they messed my food up , my chicken sandwich was so dry , the bread was so hard and stale . the fries were loaded with salt and burnt. i ordered , a chicken sandwich, 40 classic wings. 8 bbq , 7 hawaiian, 10 hot , 15 hot honey , and i got hot , barbecue and garlic parm and hot honey , im allergic to parm. horrible service my food was 18 minutes late , you can tell the food was sitting out . and half of it was cold . i wouldn’t even feed this to my dogs . went straight to the trash , not worth 80 dollars. if i could put 0 stars i would . would never go back im so disgusted.

Great service provided. I went in today (Super Bowl Sunday) and although they were really busy, they were professional and working hard trying to get the orders out as fast as possible. Everyone was friendly and patient with customers.

I’m paying almost $60 for food and their soda machine doesn’t work (I’m being charged for it) and you’re giving me attitude for asking questions? Ridiculous. All young kids are working there. My order is always messed up, and they just stand there and look at you like you are crazy when you ask about missing stuff, then it takes about 10mins to get someone that is able to fix it. Also they were spraying cleaning products over where they were making the wings and when I asked why he was doing that the answer I was given was "it is not going into the food"....I will not be back to this location!

Wait time says 16-21 minutes it takes 1+ hr to get your food, girls jus stand around and talk. Please adjust the times if it’s gonna take this long everytime. Don’t need to be hearing the employees business and watch them eat fries while packing my food
$50 for 10 bone in wings, 5 BBQ tenders, fries and carrots and a large drink with 2 ranches. picked it up as soon as I got the text it was ready I LITERALLY live 3min away and the food is literally freezing cold and my "tenders" are incredibly small only one of them is the size of a normal tender.

They took almost 40 minutes to get my food out and when it did come out I had to ask for a Togo because I had to leave and give me a attitude when I asked for it to go because I had to go.
