These stores are a joke everytime you go in they haven't even started an order pre-ordered then half the staff has a bad attitude and more to talk about than work to do apparently so if you want food order we'll in advance or you'll be waiting and you'll stand in the store for 10 minutes and be ignored before you get any service it's not a great person place for sure the wings are fine when fresh but heavily over priced

Ok wing stop the chicken was ok, but the fries that I got were over fried. Couldn’t even find one that was eatable. People check your food before you leave this is expensive. I didn’t call to report it, I should have but I’m just not going back there again. I’ve had enough fried food in my life time to give it up.

I've come to expect very little from wing stop , but this location in particular really dropped the bar even lower than I thought . Really needs some quality control, wings dry, small , hardly sauced, barely any flats. Cajun fries came out over cooked soggy and over seasoned. Not to mention my order took twice as long as it told me online .

Good service Even though it uber driver picked up my food and brought it back an hour later and I had to reorder that it was a wrong food and then I had to reorder again
Came in on my lunch break like I do 3-4 times a week the line cook sat with his back turned around on his phone for more then 5 minutes didn’t have no gloves or hair net with his phone out was rude with attitude when asked a question why my Oder didn’t come with ranch moved with Nonchalant body language told me he works their everyday which he doesn’t I been coming here for last 2 years regular on my lunch break then as i gather my belongings walking out the door he said something rude loudly upset because I’m asking him a question about my Oder was trash talking me in front of other workers another male employee had to push in that back to get him to stop trash talking told me he get off at 5pm to come back and see him as if he want to (fight)the other male employee then told me sorry I can take it up with his General manager at 4 pm when they come in for closing I called the store once I returned to work seeking manger name snd number to be rudely approach by young lady on the phone wouldn’t give me a manger name or numbers where I can call to make my complaint was told wing stop Company policy doesn’t let them give manger or a number where You can make a complaint about a company employee the food was undercooked chicken tenders over cooked hot wings over all was my First experience with the neighborhood of Wingstop need have more levelheaded workers then that young man very very Unprofessional at a workplace then they cover each other where you can’t make a Complaint
Ordered some bone in wings this Sunday via delivery. Instead received boneless wings that were half eaten. The seal at the top of the bag was already broken. Called in to ask for a refund, the person on the phone was completely clueless. Asked for the manager, sadly this teenager on the phone stated she was manager. Finally got transferred to a young man who stated he would call later in the day and send me an email once he processed my refund. I still have yet to receive an email or phone call days later, and now am forced to dispute the charges with my bank from my order. Absolutely absurdly ridiculous horrible service, AVOID AT ALL COSTS

French fries taste like what cardboard smells like wet. Wings are ok. The price is not worth it. Adams pizza is where it's at!! Employees were nice and polite, just the food sucks.

horrible food , they messed my food up , my chicken sandwich was so dry , the bread was so hard and stale . the fries were loaded with salt and burnt. i ordered , a chicken sandwich, 40 classic wings. 8 bbq , 7 hawaiian, 10 hot , 15 hot honey , and i got hot , barbecue and garlic parm and hot honey , im allergic to parm. horrible service my food was 18 minutes late , you can tell the food was sitting out . and half of it was cold . i wouldn’t even feed this to my dogs . went straight to the trash , not worth 80 dollars. if i could put 0 stars i would . would never go back im so disgusted.

Great service provided. I went in today (Super Bowl Sunday) and although they were really busy, they were professional and working hard trying to get the orders out as fast as possible. Everyone was friendly and patient with customers.
