Wish I would have read these reviews prior to ordering from this location.We received our order 30 minutes after the anticipated time.When we got home 20 wings out of our 30 piece order were full of feathers, hair and all of it was cold.The manager on duty when I called is named Elizabeth, she refunded my money with no questions asked and did not require me to return the wings to the store. It appeared that this was something she has heard before.I asked just out of curiosity what the protocol was for cleaning the wings and she stated she wasn’t sure, she apologized for not knowing the answer to my question and then said “if you don’t receive a refund in 7-10 days call the store back and they might be able to give you a cash refund. WHAT?!!I will not be ordering from this location again!

I’m curious if food service workers are supposed to wear gloves anymore? You would think after Covid and maybe just having basic food safety rules that a restaurant would wear gloves because all three ladies that served me my food today did not wear gloves, I watched one girl touch the wings to make sure they were hot after wiping her nose and playing on her phone, while all three were eating food and RAP on loud enough to hear it in the lobby with families and kids sitting. I don’t have anything against rap, but I am surprised by the level of disrespect to the customer. This is not the first time there has been issues here for me but this will be the last time I come to this location because of the service that’s given here. I thought I could let it slide just one more time but it turns out it gets even nastier every time I go in.. what a shame because this is a busy spot and I’m almost positive every person‘s food is late long or bad, someone should fix this.

Continually lowering the bar for food service .I always have to go back because they forgot something or messed up my order.

Okay, I have no issue with the taste of the food but this location seriously needs to do better quality control. For the 3rd time ordering from them since July, I’ve found feathers still attached to the chicken. The first 2 times it was only a small feather or two but this time, there are several long feathers hanging onto the wing. How is it possible that the cook didn’t see this?! Or maybe they did and decided to serve it anyway. Either way, this will be my last time ordering from this location. This was a complete turn off. I’ve never had this happen any other place I’ve ordered wings from.

We called twice to call ahead to order. No one answers the phone. I called the one on Waddell and they answered both times super quick.

How does Wingstop run out of fries..... I just have a really tough time understanding that one... and because this location is about 1/4 mile closer to my home than the one on Dysart there is no way to get delivery from the location that has fries because it defaults to this fry-less location.

The food was very tasty. I hadn’t been a fan from the one time I went back in Indiana so I’m glad I gave them another shot.There were 2 issues with my visit. I ordered a combo meal with fries and they brought me out corn instead. I didn’t speak up as I was with someone else and just shared their fries and took the corn home to my husband. It was confusing though as I never said corn. The second issue was with the condiments. The ketchup was out completely and I noticed that the employees were waiting to be asked to hand out some ketchup packets. At the end of my visit they finally removed the ketchup pumps and put out the packets.
