Very pricey for the quality.
We ordered 2 chicken teriyaki bowls and 1 sushi roll.

The chicken smelled foul, like a dead animal. We brought it up to the cashier’s attention and she agreed. They gave us credit for next time but I’m so scared to go there again and risk getting food poisoning. We just moved from California two weeks ago and were excited to try this place close to home only to be disappointed.

Had a to go order. The website asked if I wanted Teriyaki but there was none in the bag or on the food. Guess you have to grab your own. Even if you leave a tip. Veggies were raw. Ordered a big portion and I got tons of rice but a handful of veggies. Not worth the extra. Guess I’m lucky as they weren’t cooked. Strike two as the first time I went there I didn’t get any veggies at all with my tofu bowl. So strange!!!

My husband visited your establishment around 8:30 P.M. this evening and experienced an extremely disappointing interaction with your staff. He simply asked if fried rice was available, but was completely ignored. After asking again—just to be sure he was heard—the employees still didn’t respond and instead laughed in his face. We're genuinely confused about what was so amusing. He was just hungry and asking a straightforward question. Based on this experience, we will not be returning. I sincerely hope Yogi’s considers hiring staff with stronger customer service skills moving forward.

Me and my girlfriend eat here a lot and the food is very good never disappoints we were flabbergasted by all the bad reviews because we never had a bad experience love the horchata Las Vegas roll and katsu bowl will be long time customers and the price is very fair if u broke just say that but thank you yogis grill for great service!!!

Horrible experience. How can you have the same name and same menu as the one in Avvondale but serve such different food?? First of all, it was all barely even warm. Dry unsauced stir fry noodles. Dry unsauced chicken. Rubbery overcooked shrimp. Why does rice even come with an order of NOODLES? I'm confused and disappointed and hungry because I just don't wanna eat this overpriced crap. ZERO stars because I want my money and my time back.

I just went to buy my lunch today I'm work very close and a rude girl with big lashes, told me inmedialety...after I said in english..that was my firt time there, that she doesn't speak spanish...I repeat again I SAID this is my first time here! She only smile...I decided to turn on and left! I didn't want to argue with a such racist person like her when she looks hispanic!
I don't want to think how she treat the persons that really do't speak english!
Like a costumer service she shouldn't be trainning to treat equal all kind of persons not only english speakers! I was trying to said: it' s my first time here....what do you recommended?
But now It was the first and the last one!

UPDATE: Owner says there are not many business left where you can call and order. You can literally call most, if not, any other Asian Style restaurant within a 5 mile radius and they'll take your order over the phone for pickup and then you pay at the restaurant.

ORIGINAL: I tried to call in my order, and the girl directed me to order online and then door dash, uber eats etc. which is fine, but their website order wasn’t working and there was no option to order pickup on door dash or uber eats. I called back to let them know and to see if I could just place an online order, but she said she couldn’t do anything for me and that they don’t take orders over the phone. I drove to their Estrella parkway location and it was dead. I don’t understand why I couldn’t just place an order over the phone. Oh well. The food was alright. And the workers there, aside from the one young girl, weren’t really the most welcoming.

I’ve been to this place twice and both times. I feel like it’s truly overrated. The customer service is snotty and the store swells like a sewer. Plus, how dare you ask for something after spending $30 on two meals. I never recommend Yogi’s grill & even after just picking up food for another person. I will not eat it or recommend it. Maybe it’s location based.
