We arrived at 8:30 pm , ordered and sat down. At 8:59 the staff turned out the lights which was extremely rude. My mom is 73 years old, she was uncomfortable, and I felt that they could have given us a moment without turning out the lights seemingly rushing us. The young man ( worker) stood in the corner of the restaurant laughing when the young woman turned out the lights. Im totally disappointed in the treatment.

The girl at the front was very welcoming and the food was great. She had pretty leggings with lace and dark makeup.

The food was delicious and the service was excellent! We are the Desert Edge Girls Basketball Boosters, and Yogi’s Grill of Goodyear generously donated twenty-five (25) chicken teriyaki bowls for our players. The girls were so happy and motivated — they even won their game that night against Independence High School from Glendale!

Thank you for your generosity and community support. It truly made a meaningful impact on our team, and we sincerely appreciate it!

I ordered the Salmon Teriyaki and a Golden California Roll. Food was good, large portions. Due to the size of the roll make sure to order extra ginger and wasabi (one serving was barely enough for half of the roll.) I ordered take out at 830pm. My order was fresh, hot, ready when I got there, and the two ladies working were very friendly and professional.

I love most Yogi's locations for their menu options and food quality. This location however is horrible. I spent $50+ for 2 sushi rolls that tasted spoiled, over cooked tofu and a big plate of rice. Definitely would stay away from this location. Service was decent.

This place use to be amazing, but the food service and the care show how little it has become,, the steak is not what it use to be , it's thin dry and just terrible, our server spilled food on my girlfriend, the place was not clean at all the drink station was in terrible condition, the extra food that you can put yourself on your food is left out and all dried up from sitting out too long yogis should be called shambles grill because that's how it was , more business would come back and it would stay busy if the food service and cleanliness was back they way it was when they opened

Very pricey for the quality.
We ordered 2 chicken teriyaki bowls and 1 sushi roll.

The chicken smelled foul, like a dead animal. We brought it up to the cashier’s attention and she agreed. They gave us credit for next time but I’m so scared to go there again and risk getting food poisoning. We just moved from California two weeks ago and were excited to try this place close to home only to be disappointed.

The kitchen did many other orders and seemed forget mine, although I ordered first. The friendly front counter person noticed this abd corrected it, after a long wait

Had a to go order. The website asked if I wanted Teriyaki but there was none in the bag or on the food. Guess you have to grab your own. Even if you leave a tip. Veggies were raw. Ordered a big portion and I got tons of rice but a handful of veggies. Not worth the extra. Guess I’m lucky as they weren’t cooked. Strike two as the first time I went there I didn’t get any veggies at all with my tofu bowl. So strange!!!

My husband visited your establishment around 8:30 P.M. this evening and experienced an extremely disappointing interaction with your staff. He simply asked if fried rice was available, but was completely ignored. After asking again—just to be sure he was heard—the employees still didn’t respond and instead laughed in his face. We're genuinely confused about what was so amusing. He was just hungry and asking a straightforward question. Based on this experience, we will not be returning. I sincerely hope Yogi’s considers hiring staff with stronger customer service skills moving forward.
