This used to be one of my favorite places, but after my most recent visit, I doubt I'll be back. We asked to sample the flavors and were told a staff member has to do it for us. This was highly annoying, who wants to stand there and be hovered over by a worker to try all the ones we wanted?! And when did it get so expensive?!! I was also highly annoyed that 3 cups of yogurt were $40 and there was no break down on the receipt of the charges!! That is just ridiculous and seems very shady. The scale also did not display how many ounces our cups were. Very disappointing experience.

I am deeply disappointed by the quality of service provided by your yogurt shop during my recent visit. Despite a simple request for a sample cup, I was hurriedly escorted by an employee who seemed more concerned with rushing me through the process than attending to my needs. Moreover, witnessing another guest being interrogated over a spoon left a lasting impression of unwelcoming and controlling behavior.While I acknowledge the quality of the yogurt selection and toppings, the overall experience was marred by what can only be described as a militant approach to customer service. As a result, I regret to inform you that I will not be returning to your establishment. I sincerely hope that you will take this feedback into consideration and strive to improve your customer service standards in the future

Several non-dairy and vegan flavors of fro-yo to choose from. Only downside is the toppings aren’t marked for allergens. We had pomegranate-raspberry and chocolate swirl! Will come again!
