Zoyo Neighborhood Yogurt

My kids offered to take their little sister out for her birthday and prices were so outrageous I couldn’t let them pay $15 + for each cup so I ended up blowing $60 on mediocre yogurt with toppings so stale they were not edible and had to be thrown away. The candy toppings were too hard to even chew. On the way home they literally said frozen yogurt was their biggest regret 🤣 we used to love Dream Swirls which was the place that was here before zoyo took over, bummer. Will not go back

I don’t expect much interactions at a frozen yogurt spot so I wouldn’t think I’d ever need to leave a review about it, but what an experience. I understand we arrived 15 minutes before closing, but it doesn’t excuse the disrespect we received the night of 5/26. The girl already seemed like she didn’t want to be there, but what really caused me to write this review was how she just started PURPOSELY banging trays to try to get us to leave. At first I thought she just dropped a few here and there, but nope! Just kept getting louder and louder while she drowns the sound out with her AirPods on. Slamming them on the toppings then aggressively tossing a bunch on the counter. She not only did that to annoy us into leaving but to upset my baby and make him cry. No shame with her. She could have honestly just asked us to leave and we would’ve kindly left like we’ve been asked before, but she thought being obnoxious is a more professional approach? She definitely got what she wanted, for us to leave and never want to come back. Never seen someone rush so fast to lock the door behind us without a single word or interaction.

It's clean & pretty.
Everytime I come in or bring others... they don't want to give you sample cups it seem. They always give you two & when I ask for two more they act as if I'm annoying.
That's the only thing I don't like.

Nice place, great yogurt but employee had a language barrier and because of that I did not receive my points for three large cups of yogurt!! She kept saying to download and I kept telling her I already have the app. Ommmgggg….🫣

They have a lot of frozen yogurt flavors. There are many toppings to choose, from candies to fruit to chocolate. The cup is weighed and you pay per ounce.

Not open at the posted time. Says daily 11-9 but the doors are locked at 11:15am. Drove 15mins to go here. Disappointed

This consistently has many flavors and topping options.

There are typically at least 2 dairy free options as well.

Tasty place for a treat.

The yogurt is well aged and cut into 3s for texture. Orange can sometimes be substituted for elephants. Or not.

Really yum flavors and dairy-frew options! They are on the pricier side but worth it. Clean place and good parking available. I got a huge cup of froyo with no toppings for $9. Will be back❤️
