Big E Spaghetti Western

Our server was attentive and cordial. Even though it was fairly busy, the food came out quick and tasted great. Highly recommend for anyone visiting the grand canyon area.

Great food my wife loved it

The prices are very very high, and portions are quite small, for restaurant food. Pasta plate portions are like exactly one normal portion, which is good, but not for 28$.
The service was also not great, we asked for water three times before it was remembered, mutliple waiters came and it was confusing, they all asked us the same things, and forgot our items. Its just not fancy enough to warrent the prices also. Like pasta is cheap

We stayed across the street from Big E spaghetti western and decided to try it out. Turned out to be the best meal of the trip so far. The food was very good, and our server Juan Carlos did an outstanding job taking care of us. I definitely recommend this place. And the decor is great

Great spot for dinner in the Grand Canyon. Friendly service and adults and kids in our crew all enjoyed our meals.

Avoid at all costs. Dreadful food. Pesto Pasta was abysmal, watery and not a good taste at all. Left almost all of it. The chicken piccata was dry and served with a tiny amount of dry whipped potato, what appeared to be a full can of capers. Dreadful. Not worth the money.

First and last time here. Server was unattractive and when we did get her attention it was brief and cold.
The food was not at all worth the money, I ordered rigatoni and received spaghetti. I sent it back and there was no apology at first. She came back and said they were out of what I ordered. We weren’t told about what they were out of and they just sent what they had. I thought I’d at least try the pasta, but it was dry and was not tasteful at all. I returned it and didn’t order anything else. My husband ordered the beet salad and only the beets were good, lettuce was brown and he returned the rest. Not at all what we expected. Sorry, we won’t be returning.

Food: insipid, tasteless, expensive. Not worth it.
Service: this lady was just okay, but we were here first table, she was wearing sooo much perfume that I tasted her perfume. Guests are not there to taste perfumes with our food, it was too much. Hopefully she reads this feedback (she’s Latina, older, tattoos, facial piercings, Friday afternoon) wear perfume with moderation.

Food needs some work, food has lots of opportunities to get better. Along with prices.
Service just wear less perfume, please. We are there to taste and eat your food, not to taste your perfumes.

Cute place with potential - curious if there's live music on the weekend? We were all seated in a back room with a closed off stage. Food was decent. Tusayan really needs more options. All restaurants are tired and feel like they're on the verge of closing.
