We honestly did not expect to find a meal of this caliber in a hotel restaurant. We’ve eaten at some of the most highly rated restaurants around and the food at this place is right up there with the best of them. The steak was dry-aged and cooked to perfection rivaling any high-end steakhouse, oh, and their side of sauteed mushrooms are *wild* mushrooms--they know what they're doing.

The “papas fritas” were absolutely amazing! My mother ordered the filet Mignon and she said it was delicious. My brother and I ordered the Chorizo and sausage flat bread and the Margarita flat bread which was really good, and my father ordered the hangar steak said it was “good”. Service was GREAT a little under-staffed but overall everything was wonderful do recommend😁!

Service was awesome at the Desert Grill. Jonathan was our server and was very attentive and paid attention to detail, also gave great recommendations about what to order. Would definitely go back.
