The food is the best you will find in the Grand Canyon (which is not saying much because the food in the Grand Canyon is terrible but it’s still pretty good), food is a little pricey

Food: Chicken Tacos were underwhelming. The chicken was under seasoned. Tortillas were cold-ish. The Elk Burger was ok. Honestly, the chips and chorizo cheese dip was the best item.
Service: Server was friendly, but largely absent after the initial seating. We were never told the drinks were self-serve. The food took a while to come out considering the quality.
Atmosphere: Chill vibes. It was quiet and cozy. The area was clean enough.

Go early for breakfast or by 8:45/9:00AM everything is cold and many of the juice dispensers are empty. They have a unique take on a fritta, which are very good.
We ate here for every meal on our trip! Charlie was so nice and helpful. He recommended we try the Roasted Chicken and Mac and Cheese. Give this man a raise!

The food is only okay. I don't regret eating here, but we only went once.
There are not enough options, and the food is WAY overpriced for what you get.
Horrible experience with missing our order entirely. Had to go up to the register and the woman was not very friendly. She told me she was waiting on my chicken curry which would have been fine except I order spaghetti and meatballs. My husband ordered the roasted chicken and potatoes and they were good except they too were served up with a side of oops I forgot your order as well. It took us 38 minutes and at the time of the order there was hardly anyone in the restaurant. Service rating is a 1 based on not even apologizing. Food was good though!

Food is alright, does the deed.
Easy ordering process using the kiosks and the food was actually pretty good. The brisket was on point and the portion sizes were quite large. One of the workers, I believe his name was Charles, went above and beyond to make sure we had a great experience. He went out of his way to check on us and got us anything we needed. He was very friendly and left a lasting impression.

This was one of the best dining experiences I have had in a long time. I walked in at 5pm, ordered on a screen with a decent selection and good variety, sat down, and ten minutes later my tiramisu, brussel sprouts, and VERY large salad arrived. Service was professional and kind. The food was delicious, and the portions were quite large. I added chicken and salmon to my salad expecting a bit, and found one pound of salmon and a similar amount of chicken, it was incredible and so delicious. I highly recommend.

Absolutely the worst food. Two of us got sick after eating the coleslaw. Chicken was warm. Brussels sprouts weren’t cooked. They forgot to bring out some of our food. The pop machines needed changed. It was an overall OVERPRICED DISASTER.

Rude stuff and unclear process ordering. Food is barely mediocre, but portions were big

Terrible food quality, lower quality than even the Golden Corral. I don't expect perfection but even pancakes weren't edible.

I had a very poor experience with the dining services here. The system is inefficient and the attention to detail is non-existent.
The Wait: After ordering and taking a token to the table, we waited over 40 minutes for our food on two different visits.
Dietary Errors: I explicitly used the 'Exclusions' feature to remove bacon and pork from my meals. Despite the long wait times, the kitchen failed to follow these instructions—both my breakfast and my sandwich arrived with pork included.
Availability Issues: During dinner, we ordered the Thai Coconut Curry. It took the staff nearly 20 minutes to come back and tell us they were actually out of it.
For the price and the number of guests they serve, the coordination between the ordering system and the kitchen is severely lacking. I would not recommend dining here if you have specific dietary needs or are on a schedule.

Took over an hour for our order to arrive then the food was all wrong. They served our food to the wrong table and they tried to jusify that the chicken melt is the elk burger that we ordered! To top if off, my chicken tacos were served cold!
