Do not go here. They charged us an auto gratuity for 3 people. Our bill was 140.00 when it, even with their auto grad should have been 114. SCAM. They totally ripped us off. 3 other groups in the restaurant disputed their bills. That was how we knew to double check ours.

This place is a hit or miss....
The food can be extremely good or blah....
But when i go, i don't tip as they already gave themselves 15%.
I can understand of groups of 6 or more but 2?
Big E (better wine selection) or Canyon Star down the street is my preference.

Potato was old, boiled corn had Zero seasoning, shrimp were processed as if it was from a school lunchroom cafeteria.

It was ok. Food was pretty good.

Order steak medium and half of it was raw and the staff were MAD or just really unhappy but it was the 4th of July and they were working so...

Awful customer service and the food was equally as awful. Save your money and go elsewhere. They use the location to jack prices up and give poor quality food.

Overpriced, barely any “service” for an included 15% gratuity. Just another tourist trap of a restaurant, unfortunately.

Gosh Tusayan needs more options. We were hungry after a day in the park. Steak was way undercooked and lacked flavor. Corn was mushy. Beans were bland. We came in with low expectations based on previous reviews and even then was disappointed.

The dinner was delicious and the staff were kind, friendly and helpful.
A few other customers came behind us and it was really close to closing but they did not turn them away!
I would definitely return. Shared a 24 oz porterhouse, beans, corn, and baked potato, it was delicious. My drink, Spur and saddle I believe. A little too heavy on the bourbon, lost the rest of the ingredients but no biggie. I added sassparilla and a little water to help dilute. Thank you for the service!
