This place used to be a green valley gem, not so much anymore not since menu and everything including food got changed by the now owner. Service is slow and poor customer service. Will never be returning. Owner is not open to constructive criticism for the restaurants continued success. My response to THE OWNER. Your statement is false, you have not given me several comps, like what? And about that discount, you mean that joke of a 1$ discount? Which by the way you didn’t even discount, you went ahead and charged me the full amount without my consent. I’ve Been to so many restaurants in Tucson where they do not charge a dish if anyone in our party was dissatisfied. Like I said terrible service and the wrong attitude, your pride and ego is going to get that place shutdown. Have you heard of a saying that says, if it ain’t broke don’t fix it? Also a great book called, How to run a restaurant for Dummies, look into it!!

Food was excellent, and staff was kind and helpful. Loved their Mixed Appetizer Sampler and Hibiscus Tea with cinammon, cardamom, black tea and lemon. It's a bit pricey, but the restaurant is actually a very casual place.

This place was fantastic! The food was phenomenal!! The serve genuine Turkish food with dishes that are hard to find outside of the Middle East. The service was great; the Chef, Belinda, is Turkish, super friendly, and accommodating. I would definitely recommend!

The staff was very friendly and the atmosphere was unique. The atmosphere wasn't bad, neither was the service. It's just for what you get vs. how much the food costs, it's overpriced to me. Everything else about the restaurant was great.

Spent the evening with my boyfriend trying out this place. It was such a gem!! Atmosphere, the patio, live music, amazing service! And most of all the food!!! Beyond amazing! Can’t wait to make this place a regular for us! ◡̈ and the house made sangria is delish! The Turkish wood fire spinach and feta flat bread was to die for! The chicken shish kebab platter and their house made pomegranate vinegarette amazing! Can’t wait to try more on the menu!

It used to be sooo good, it was one of my favorite restaurants in southern Arizona period. Friendly staff, exceptional service and flavor. But now it is mediocre at best. The service is slow and cranky even from the lady who said she was the owner. Honestly just bad vibes.

The food isn’t worth the prices they charge for it and how long it takes to come out. Hopefully they can bring it back to that special place it once was. However, when they gutted the staff the soul of the restaurant went with the departed.

I really wanted to enjoy this place because options in town are limited. It's nice and quiet probably be great for drink or two . The food was very bland and our plates looked like they were rushed the pita sandwich litteraly was falling apart. The server never refilled our drinks and was not very attentive.

Seemed like a cool local cultural/ethnic place when they opened. Saw the same people there. Assumed they were Turkish. Suddenly now a bunch of midwesterners. The hibiscus tea used to be amazing, now it tastes like liquid cinnamon candy. Looks like they're changing the menu. Very disappointing that we can't have anything diffetent in GV.
