What a gem of a restaurant. Each pizza is handmade and fired after you order, in a very hot brick oven outside. Delicious food. And don't miss the hibiscus tea, kind of a Turkish jamaica almost, super refreshing! The inside dining space is limited.
We enjoyed a delicious lunch here. We had the salmon, chicken, and the pita sandwich lunch special. We also had pita bread with babaghanoush and tabouli. They do fix their food a little differently than we have experienced before, but all was good. We also had baklava for dessert which was really good.
2026-06-20: I liked Brindis very much. My server, Casey, was fantastic. I ordered the marinated salmon, and I loved it. I also had a side salad instead of rice. The side salad included walnuts and sunflower seeds, which is a very nice touches. For dessert, I had the pistachio baklava. Excellent.
I sat on the patio and listened to a duo play live music. It was quite pleasant.
