Our server was so friendly and helpful. We did a mobile order with drive-thru pickup. The team member who was asking orders checked and found that our order was already ready, so she picked it up for us so that we were able to zip by the pickup window. My iced latte was prepared perfectly to my customized request. Very happy with this location!
This place is amazing! You can see that not only their staff is trained to treat their customers with amazing service (like making suggestions for your coffee if they notice indecision from your part), but seems like they make sure to hire people with very interesting personalities! It's not just going to get my morning coffee anymore, it's going to have a very pleasant experience with my coffee! Keep it up guys
I am not a fan of this particular location. In no exaggeration, half of the time I receive someone else's order. They're in such a rush to push you out of line they don't give you a chance to check. I'm not going to wait another 20 min in line to exchange my drink, especially when the exit is the same as the entrance and is completely blocked with cars. Ridiculous.
