Drive through cashier beyond rude. Also a bit slow witted. Had to give her my order four times and she still got it wrong!! Very combative, sighing and acting like she was doing me a favor. Yelling at me and cursing, right there while I was in line. Said she was a mgr, but I doubt it highly. Challenged me to report her, saying “she didn’t care!!” Worst service I’ve received there, and that’s saying a lot since service is rarely pleasant OR accurate.

Ordered online for the first time. The pick-up was scheduled for 12:45; I showed up at 12:30 and it was ready on the shelf. I wonder how long it was sitting there. Got home... the food was cold, the coleslaw lid was open and it leaked, they forgot all 4 of our dipping sauces, and the chicken didn't taste like the flavors we remembered. I received a survey from the company and spoke my peace. At the end, the message stated that I would receive a call within 48 hours. Four days went by and I called the KFC I ordered from. The general manager, Nick, was very kind and receptive. He said I could contact the main headquarters, but he decided to just give me a complimentary meal valued at about $20. The day before I was going to pick it up, Nick called and said I received a refund instead of the complimentary meal... for $5. I said that was unacceptable and not what we agreed upon. He said there was nothing he could do, and - while I was in mid-sentence, he hung up on me. I guess that's 3 strikes.

I love KFC and have been going to the KFC in Green Valley for the past 5-1/2 years, I have decided that I can no longer go there.
I always order the same thing, it never varies; a leg and a thigh original, chicken only and a child’s size Diet Pepsi. For the past six weeks the price a Has varied from $4.93 to $9.63.
I refuse to shop at any fast food place where the price for the same order is a guessing game.
I don’t know if it’s the employees who are clueless as to how to operate the register or if it’s the owner who is playing games with the pricing.
What I do know is, this store has lost a regular customer!

This is the best kfc I have ever been to! Very fresh food, incredible fast and friendly service. Bianca and Lesli were great!
I went through the drive thru and ordered two 3 piece meals, each with an extra side - so cole slaw and fries with the chicken dinner. I paid $23.something (not given a receipt) and went home. Opened the two boxes and found one side each of mashed potatoes. I called to tell them I had received the wrong order and was returning it. When I drove back, the drive thru line was long so I went inside. I told the man at the counter, who happened to he the same one tht gve me my wrong order at the window, my problem. I watched him pick up two small containers, put them in the box and prepare two fries. I went home and we found one box had cole slaw and the other? Mashed potatoes. My dog enjoyed them. Oh - there was an extra mashed potatoes in the other box so the dog will get some tomorrow too. We aren’t going back.

The original fried chicken here is consistently good. I have tried the local competitor chain restaurant and grocery store delis and they just can’t get it right. This place does. The staff is attentive, service is fast and the restaurant is reasonably clean. Plastic knives and forks (not sporks) are a nice touch, as are the wet wipes. Keep up the good work!
